La camera ed il bagno erano puliti e ordinati. Buona anche la colazione

Cons:

Al momento del check in c'era un'unica persona alla reception. Le persone prima di me hanno avuto problemi ed io ho atteso quasi 20 minuti senza che la persona della reception mi rivolgesse nemmeno uno sguardo. Quando è toccato a me non ha nemmeno accennato a dispiacersi per l'attesa lunghissima. L'ho trovato molto poco professionale.
La notte ho sentito molti rumori della strada quindi deduco una pessima insonorizzazione della stanza

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and everything we needed was provided. The location was very convenient, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable.

The communication was also excellent, and the host was very kind, helpful and available whenever we needed anything. We really appreciated the warm hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! ❤️

Asukoht väga hea, kesklinn jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Erakordne hommikusöök! Tuba mugav ja puhas. Turvaline parkimine hoovis.

Cons:

Personal üleolev ja ebaviisakas. Kahepeale anti üks pudel vett vastuvõtus, mis on naeruväärne neljatärni hotelli kohta.
