Vhodný hotel aj na viacdenné pobyty a deťmi.
Pros:

Hotel sa nachádzal v centre Klagenfurtu v blízkosti autobusového nádražia a mal výborné spojenie s hlavnou železničnou stanicou, jazerom a turistickými atrakciami (minimundus, ZOO plazov). Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké, ale veľmi pestré, každý si mohol vybrať. Apartmán bol priestranný, vzorne pripravený a udržiavaný v čistote. Bol umiestnený tak, že zvonka neprichádzali žiadne rušivé zvuky. Neboli v ňom komáre.

Cons:

V apartmáne vo 4-hviezdičkovom hoteli očakáva klient bidet, ktorý tam ale nebol. Osvetlenie v obývacej izbe by malo byť intenzívnejšie. Teplá voda ytiekla iba v kúpeľni, dokonca aj v kuchynskom drese tiekla iba studená voda.

Wir hatten ein ZWEIBETTZIMMER gebucht. In Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung steht: Preis, 1 Zimmer für 2 Gäste.
Bekommen haben wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit sogen. Queensize-Bett, mit EINEM Nachtkästchen und EINER Bett-Leselampe, also eindeutig ein Einbettzimmer!! Bei Anzahl der Gäste steht da noch extra: 2 Erwachsene, wobei dieses "Queensize-Bett" für 2 Personen eine zu schmale, echte Zumutung ist. Dazu stand das Bett noch voll an der Wand, d. h., einer der Benutzer konnte seinen Schlafplatz nur mit "Rüberklettern" erreichen. Gehts noch?? Im Hotel sagte man uns, das sei nur durch die Buchung bei Booking.com zustande gekommen. Wenn das so ist, müssen wir uns künftig Buchungen bei Ihnen schwer überlegen!

Die Lage, die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Qualität des Restaurants und des Frühstücks konnten wir leider nicht testen.

Cons:

Zimmer OK, Bett für 2 Personen zu schmal. Dusche für größere Personen auch etwas beengend. Auch der WC-Deckel war nicht fixiert.
