Very friendly staff,top location, big room

Cons:

1. Room was not cleaned every day. Lady from the teller cleaned it herself after I raised issue
2. Hair dryer on the morning of departure was not working. They offered to dry the hair in another room (tnx for that)
3. Parking issue: if you plan to go out more than once, there is separate procedure which they did not explain properly

Cons:

Wohl Pech gehabt bei der Zimmerzuteilung, kleines Zimmer mit Dachschräge über dem Bett, enger Stiegaufgang, Straßenlärm die ganze Nacht, war den Preis nicht wirklich wert.

Super Lage. Man ist fußläufig schnell im Zentrum.

Cons:

Wir hatten bei der Buchung scheinbar kein Frühstück dabei. Wir wurde darauf zu keiner Sekunde hingewiesen. Auch nie auf den Preis des Frühstücks. Der war auch nirgendwo ausgeschildert. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist extrem, auch wenn das Buffet gut ist, steht das leider nicht dafür.

Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were a couple of disappointments. The price advertised on Booking.com did not include breakfast or parking, so the actual cost of the stay ended up being considerably higher than expected. Breakfast had to be paid for separately, and the hotel has only six parking spaces. Since they were all occupied, we had to use a nearby parking garage, which cost an additional €25 per day.

What made this particularly disappointing is that during our trip we stayed at a hotel in Italy just 50 metres from the sea. Even though we paid €30 for parking there, breakfast was included, and the total cost was still about €60 less per night than at this hotel. In our experience, this hotel did not offer particularly good value for money.

I would recommend that the hotel make it much clearer before booking that the advertised room price does not include breakfast or parking, and that on-site parking is limited to just six spaces.
