Lovely hotel for good price
Pros:

Room was functional with walk-in shower. We were there as we were going to a concert in Obetz. Reasonable distance from Columbus airport. It was great to see the CEO walking about the hotel and talking to guests as you don’t see that at all in most hotels. We didn’t partake of the free drinks & snacks although quite a few hotel guests did but said not ‘brands’ that they recognised. We found Jennifer extremely helpful and chatty. All the staff were always smiling. It was handy that Texas Steakhouse & Bob Evan’s were near for lunches. The pool looked amazing and I wished I’d brought my swimming gear.

Cons:

Only thing that we didn’t feel was good was the lack of variety at breakfast. If you like scrambled eggs or eggs then you are fine. There was no bacon and only Pattie sausages, there was no continental option. I asked a waiter on the first day I was there - any bacon? and he said no we don’t do meat so we thought perhaps for religious reasons and left it at that. We had 3 breakfasts there and I was always hungry although my husband ate the patties and potatoes.

Clean, comfortable and a good value.
Pros:

Friendliness of the staff, the value of the kickback and breakfast. The beds were comfortable.

There isn't much, but the coffee wasn't my favorite.

Thanks for letting us keep the pets inexpensively and providing an outstanding service.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. I did not expect free dinner! That was a great addition. The hotel was clean and staffed well.

Cons:

No carts Friday at checking in late 11 pm. Hauled everything up to the 7th floor end of the hall by hand. Not bad, but a cart would have been better.

Great location. Clean rooms and lobby/restaurant area. Very pleasant woman, Jody, at breakfast who was friendly and helpful. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool.

Pros:

Drury Inn staff here are always helpful and friendly. I have been here multiple times and it's exciting that they now have their own restaurant, which is open late for late arrivals.
I also like that the manager makes a point to talk to guests at breakfast and invites suggestions.

Cons:

I have always had a good experience here.

Pros:

The staff

Cons:

The power was knocked out by storms. The main reason I was going was because my hot water tank and furnace were ruined by storms. I was looking forward to a hot shower and air conditioning and was unable to do because of the power being out at the hotel.

Desk staff and super were amazing throughout the whole experience.
Pros:

The property supervisor did an amazing job during the extended power outage. He got me out of the elevator that I was stranded in for 20 minutes. He walked patrons to their rooms with a flashlight to make sure they got there safely.

Cons:

Wide spread power outage for 21 hours.
