The location was great and the staff were really friendly & polite! The included breakfast was great!!
The hotel was under construction while we were there so there were some inconveniences, but hopefully it will all be for the better once it is done. Disappointed how much more we paid for our room because of what was going on versus if we were there the weekend after or even the day after. Next time we will plan further ahead.
Our room was ready exactly when it was supposed to be was a big plus for us. It was 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go inside the city (Addinos Italian Bakery, Cosi, Otherworld, and German town), but without all the city traffic and noise. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants within a five minute comfortable walk (small children approved). There was also other more touristy things like mini golf, go carts, and family fun center kind of stuff within a short walk too) The hotel itself was super clean, the beds were comfy, they fed us breakfast, dinner, and gave us free drinks for kids and adults. Every single staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming without it feeling forced and fake. The manager on duty, the man working with the manager at the drink station during kick back, and the woman that checked us in were fantastic and super friendly. The pool and hot tub were also nice. Even with the remodeling going on, still one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. The kids were happy, we were happy, and we will definitely be back the next time we spend the weekend in Columbus.
Non slip mats in the pool bathroom would be my only improvement suggestion and only because the first night there was about an inch of water on the floor but it wasn’t a big deal lol
Pool was closed. We were there for a little getaway for spring break. Didn't say online pool closed for remodeling. We stayed there this time because our prior experience was great and we loved the pool. Rate should've been discounted without the use of the pool

Seemed there was a little kid birthday party in the pool area with people not staying at the hotel. Which made the pool area very chaotic and loud and not enjoyable after 8 hours in the car traveling.

Star at check in was very nice. I like her friendly attitude. Also the bartender was nice and funny. Those two ladies alone will keep me coming back. Excellent customer service ladies.
Stay was great
The staff was so friendly! We brought 6 girls for a slumber party. They loved the pool and all the food!

Nice and clean
Given our route, we try to stay at Drury Inn when location is convenient. The manager Brenden was charming, Amid the construction he made our life less stressful for our trailer. All staff interactions were delightful, especially Star. We are glad some food items are being replaced, and hope focus it toward natural less preservative items. We travel quite a bit, all hotels lack hooks in the rooms /bathrooms for towels. Good luck with your renovations.

The location is great, the amenities would’ve been nice if we could’ve fully enjoyed them- but whatever Columbus was having this weekend included a LOT of kids and they were everywhere utilizing every sqft of this location. The breakfast was okay-nothing spectacular.
They are supposedly remodeling some stuff at this location, hopefully it’s the rooms because they are a little dated and could get a fresher. Giving 90s vibes.
