Desk staff and super were amazing throughout the whole experience.
Pros:

The property supervisor did an amazing job during the extended power outage. He got me out of the elevator that I was stranded in for 20 minutes. He walked patrons to their rooms with a flashlight to make sure they got there safely.

Cons:

Wide spread power outage for 21 hours.

The staff

Cons:

The power was knocked out by storms. The main reason I was going was because my hot water tank and furnace were ruined by storms. I was looking forward to a hot shower and air conditioning and was unable to do because of the power being out at the hotel.

Outstanding environment and amenities with friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything about the Drury Inn was exceptional from the time that we arrived until we left. The staff was friendly and helpful and greeted us with a smile and by name each time they saw us. The hotel was filled to capacity however the staff made us feel as though we were the only ones there. A great experience.
