My stay was good,great value and good customer service
Pros:

I stayed there for my birthday. It was decent. The staff was nice and it was clean.the carpet and some thinks looked like they needed updated

No AC and rude staff
Pros:

The room was clean and no struggle with parking. Check in lady was nice but not the lady that was there the next day for checkout

Cons:

First of all there was no A/C in the hallways! Very hot mostly during the summer. And the front desk lady that was there for Sunday checkout was super rude and not friendly. My mom and I went to breakfast and we told her we’d pay separately then I realized I forgot my card in the room so I told her that we’d actually pay together and she goes “THIS IS WHY I ASKED IF TOGETHER OR SEPARATE! And you said separate” then my mom tells her “yes because she thought she had her card and realized she forgot it in the room” and then the front desk lady starts complaining that she was going to have to make a lot of changes just to accommodate. Then she goes and charges a breakfast and a buffet which we never asked for buffet just regular breakfast so we were overcharged for HER mistake. I don’t think we’d stay here again

Great location but very average hotel

The location! It’s close to everything I needed

Cons:

The stain in tub, water damage coming from ceiling, big gap from the door and lock, and the lock kept getting stuck so we had to try over and over to get in. I also didn’t like that I put in included breakfast but then later find out that it wasn’t included with the booking .

I wish the staff didn’t take shortcuts just because it looks clean doesn’t mean that it is.
Pros:

It was spacious and nice. Very welcoming.

Cons:

There was an odor I didn’t know that it was coming from the sheets. It smelled terrible. Like a man stayed and they didn’t change the bedsheets. No way they were clean.
