AVOID AT ALL COSTS – MAJOR HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD 🛑Do NOT book a stay at the Seasons
Pros:

🛑 AVOID AT ALL COSTS – MAJOR HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD 🛑Do NOT book a stay at the Seasons Siam Hotel in Bangkok. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into a terrifying medical emergency due to the severe negligence of this property.Upon checking into my room, I immediately experienced severe respiratory distress, chest tightness, extreme headaches, and violent dizziness. When I investigated, I discovered that the room and bathroom were heavily infested with toxic black mold. This environmental exposure caused acute full-body inflammation that drove my blood pressure up to a dangerous, life-threatening 161/87, forcing me to seek emergency medical treatment at an international hospital clinic. I had to be put on high-dose prescription medications just to stabilize my vitals. The hotel front desk staff came to the room, witnessed the mold firsthand, and captured their own videos and photos of the biohazard. Yet, despite clear visual evidence that their room is a hazardous environment, management is acting in complete bad faith—refusing to issue a refund unless I provide a specific medical certificate molecularly linking the mold to the blood pressure spike. They are using corporate bureaucracy to dodge liability for hosting an illegal biohazard that actively sent a guest to the hospital. Even the booking platform, Trip.com, recognized the severe safety violation and stepped in to assist because the hotel refused to cooperate. This place is dangerous, uninhabitable, and unsafe for human health. Save your money, protect your lungs, and stay anywhere else.

Convinient
Pros:

We stayed at Seasons Siam Hotel during our Bangkok trip and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and room service was done every day.

We had breakfast at the hotel daily. It was a small international buffet with a good variety including a bread corner, Thai food, Indian food, fruits, tea, coffee, milk, and soft drinks.

The hotel deposit was only 1000 Baht, which was reasonable. The location is also very convenient and easy to travel to many places in Bangkok.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Bangkok.

Very bad experience, not ideal for families
Pros:

The Hotel is not good for families. The reception was very rude. They were asking for 2000 bath security deposit, which they were not accepting via card, even though the Hotel was 3 star classified. I was travelling with family and the receptionist asked me to go out and get money from some exchange House. The rooms are also not that great AC was not properly functioning. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Could be better...
Pros:

Checked in on a Thursday afternoon, didn't take long. The front desk staff could communicate in English and were quite efficient.
The rooms were large and most importantly clean. once in the room the traffic+ outside noise was not an issue. The toilets had a shower cubicle and had all the basics including a hand held bidet.
The location was good for shopping but not so.. if you want to enjoy the night life.
Wish they had a pool, would have been nice to be able to take a dip after a long day out in the heat.
The food was good.
Definitely value for money.
The front lobby and restaurant could do with a bit of colour and character.

Pros:

Hotel is clean and have spacious room. However, it was very crowded during our stay , felt breakfast was unmanaged, no attention to guest table and dont care about service. Food taste was very average. Front Office ladies helpful in any query. Location near to malls just a km distance. Only things missed was rooftop.

Pros:

Séjour nul. Heureusement que je fait qu’une nuit. Chambre très bruyante on entend tourner un moteur la nuit. À 7:00 on entend des personnes parler. Je crois que ce sont les gens de ménage
Je déconseille

Good Location-Budget 3 star hotel-Seasons Siam Bangkok
Pros:

The best part of the hotel is its location. It is nearby shopping malls, BTS and Airport link. The rooms are clean but the amenities are limited. Maybe because of lot of tourists, they even do not extend 1 day without prior payment. The breakfast has limited options and no taste of Indian Breakfast.
