Not what I expected.
Pros:

It was close to the venue

Cons:

The price was not what the app said. At all. We get there and they said check in was delayed… yet they charged $50 to get in to your room early? Makes no sense. When asked how we can be compensated for the late check in due to their delay. She said I’m gonna write that down because my manager is busy.

I loved the quick check in and all staff was very welcoming. Very good it was close to the event we went to. KAROL G!!

Cons:

I do think it has to be upgraded. My rooms floor was very sticky. Had to use clorox wipes to wipe it down twice. Carpet looked a bit worn out and outdated. My tub and sink had very slow drainage .

Had to make a quick trip to El Paso and I was glad I chose this hotel.
Pros:

I don't really eat breakfast so I just had coffee. Had the breakfast been free, I would have sampled a couple things.

Cons:

Even on low, the air was too loud,so I had to turn it off.
