A reggelinél a hiányzó ételek gyors pótlása.

Cons:

Az erkélyen zavaró volt, hogy át lehetett a szomszédba, és persze vissza. Egy kicsit kényelmetlen volt az erkélyre jutás is, egy mozgatható dobogóra fellépve tudtál kilépni oda.

Kényelmetlen volt, hogy a szekrény nem rendelkezett polcokkal, így keskeny fiókokba kellett a ruhákat elpakolni, ha nem szeretted volna minden ruhádat az akasztós szekrényben elhelyezni.
4 csillagos szálláshoz nem passzoltak igazán a nagyon egyszerű kiegészítések (pl. a vékony műanyag fürdőszobai pohár), vagy hiányzott a nappaliból az üveg pohár!

Pros:

Frühstück war ok, keiner konnte Deutsch alle nur Italienisch oder Englisch, die Lage ist gut, man hat früh gleich ausblick auf die Berge

Cons:

Balkon kann man nur über einen kleinen Hocker erreichen also nichts für Gehbehinderte. Wir hatten mit Wellness gebucht und zum erstenmal mussten wir Handtücher bezahlen oder eigene nutzen, die schlecht im Hotelzimmer trocknen. Auf dem Balkon gibt es nicht mal einen Tisch.

Najfajniejsze w tym hotelu to design i fajny widok z balkonu i na tym kończy się to co fajne.

Cons:

Okropne śniadania, jeśli lubisz na słodko to jeszcze coś dla siebie znajdziesz, ale na wytrawnie będzie problem. W 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu z warzyw tylko sałata i pomidory, które w smaku nie przypominają pomidorów, a jajecznica naprawdę dziwna w smaku. Ogólnie słaby wybór i do tego bardzo słabej jakości produkty. Dodatkowo co się rzuca w oczy to słaba higiena - w pokoju brudna pościel, kurz. Wracając do śniadania, kelnerzy stoją jak na baczność i przesuwają jedzenie na talerzach o milimetr, żeby leżało równo dotykając to rękoma, które wcześniej zbierały brudne naczynia ze stołów. Naprawdę wolałabym żebym nikt nie dotykał jedzenia niż żeby leżało równo. Ogólnie słabo oceniam ten pobyt. Po cyrkach na śniadaniu nawet nie próbowałam jeść obiadu. Dodatkowo pomimo zawieszki na drzwiach, żeby pominąć sprzątanie w danym dniu została ona zdjęta i pokój był „sprzątany”. Jeśli nie masz samochodu to nawet tam nie rezerwuj.

Pros:

The rooms are small but practical and the views are absolutely stunning! The breakfast was fine and the bar looks nice as well. The design is done really well.

Cons:

When we checked in, we were not welcomed very openly. The guy behind the desk came across annoyed, and even though he apologized later for his rude way of talking to us, it really affected the start of our stay here. The rest of the staff was nice though.

Mostly I would say, the price quality ratio is quite disproportionate. You can feel the hotel mostly caters big groups.

Zu teuer für das was es ist
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage ist ein Fluch und ein Segen. Dennoch war man quasi allein auf dem Berg und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Ansonsten ist der Eingangsbereich und die Hotel Lounge schick.

Cons:

Letztendlich war das Hotel wirklich nicht besser als eine gehobenere Jugendherberge. Die Zimmer waren klein, das Frühstücksbuffett überschaubar und das Spa Angebot außerhalb und mit Aufpreis. Das Personal wirkte sehr ungeschult und nicht aufmerksam, kann aber auch noch daran gelegen haben, dass es der Anfang der Saison war. Die Lage ist von allem weit entfernt. Man muss wirklich überall hinfahren. Selbst cortina ist 25 min entfernt. Das ganze Mobiliar ist aus Holz, Stühle und Tische im essbereich, was das Sitzen unbequem macht. Die Zimmer waren, trotz, dass es in den Bergen lag, sehr warm. Bei der Ankunft zeigte das Thermometer 25,9 grad C an. Auch wenn es draußen nachts anhält, blieb es trotzdem mindestens 24,5 grad im Zimmer. Das finde ich unangemessen und auch für den stolzen Preis den man zahlt, nicht okay.

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed there during summer peak season and first of all the view from our room was stuning, the hotel staff was very king and suprised us with a champgane to congratulate our engagement.
The location was great and very close to most iconic hikes.
