Close to "The Pyramids" and lots of restaurants/shopping. Nestled back off main road
Pros:

Great location...had appointment at "The Pyramids" and this was just blocks away. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants close.

Nice place, but it’s ready for the updates that are coming to keep it competitive in the area.
Pros:

The main area was clean, open and bright. It was enjoyable just to sit and relax.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the shower door dish by slide. I had to pick it up on the track and pull hard.

Fridge was unusable, room smelled like mold, under the sink was full of mold, curtains were covered in something nasty, ceiling fan was falling off the ceiling and unusable this was in room 215. Hotel was sold out not about to change rooms. I was told I would be getting one nights stay Comped in points. A nights stay in points is 37000 points they only gave 20000. The hotel management is a joke! Excellent staff and stay
Pros:

Check in experience was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Room was clean and the beds where comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint is the pillows were too soft.

Roaches!!!
Pros:

Upon entering the hotel we smelled pot! Our room had disgusting stained mattresses so we switched rooms only to find roaches!!! We checked out and into another hotel! Never stay here!!!!

I liked the spacing on the suite, that's about it.

Cons:

The first disappointment was that we found out the pool was out of service. That's one reason we picked this hotel. The hotel had a bad smell to it. Our room was filthy. There was brown splatters on the wall in the kitchen and living room area. The couch was dirty. She sheets were dirty and so was the mattress. In the living room when I used the stick to move the curtains it literally fell off and hit me in the head. The thermostat battery was low. Our room was freezing. It took me awhile how to figure it out. The soap and lotion in the bathroom are just old , you can tell it hasn't been cleaned or changed. I think someone did the bare minimum to clean this room. The breakfast area hot water dispenser was dirty and had black flakes coming out of it. The fridge did not close all the way, you had to push it shut. The dresser drawers literally would not stay closed. They kept coming back open.

Mediocre At Best
Pros:

This was a disappointing stay for my family. Not up to Marriott standards or up to our expectations. There were ceiling stains in the hall, the carpet in our suite was dirty and stained, the furniture was in need of repair, and we had to make adjustments to the toilet to keep it working. A particularly unfriendly staff member turned all the lights off in the dining area just as some customers were still trying to serve themselves. We had another stay scheduled at this location, but canceled it to avoid repeating the experience.

Great stay, Great value
Pros:

Really great team. Friendly, helpful. Must be really good management and training.

Breakfast did the job. Options were fair and fresh waffles are a welcomed treat.

Rooms are a little dated, would benefit from a walk in shower. But that is my preference.

Location is good for food choices.

I very pleasant stay at a great price.

Clean comfortable room.

Cons:

The ac in the livingroom part of our room wouldn't go down past 77 no matter what it was on. Ice machine didn't work on our floor, was too exhausted to check the other floors ice machine.
