Breakfast was good. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

We end up in 2 separate rooms the 1st nigh because of a blown AC unit in the suite we were supposed to go into, which I was told would be comped, have yet to see changes. The clerk said it showed that they were connecting but when he went to double check, they rooms were not and a distance from each other. The 2nd night all my belongings were packed and removed from 1 of the rooms, without notifying me. The clerk that helped us the night before helped us and stated that he was sorry and that the day staff didn't contact me and he had to look and see what happen, because I had reserved for 2 nights. No one left him any notes of what and why my belongings were shoved into trash bags and various other bags. Wasn't fun getting back from a long day of basketball tournaments at 9pm and my key cards weren't working and all we wanted to do was get to bed.

How close to the freeway and some stores.

Cons:

To many homeless around the area. For the price and the advertising of breakfast we were disappointed. We have stayed in other La Quintas and their breakfast are full breakfast eggs,sausage,bacon, cereals, ect. Every day. Not partial breakfast.
Most of the staff are nice. Blanca at the kitchen is rude she doesn’t have any respect towards the customers. Also a man who is a maintenance also rude.
We will no longer be staying at this hotel when going to Az
