Rooms need renovation
Sunrice hotel nhatrang is a place to call home . My home town is nhatrang , every time to come back i use to stay in Sunrice hotel for my holiday trip. Every one in this hotel so nice and friendly . Specially Mr Lam the hotel Manager . We are really appreciate your kindness . Thank you for your support an helping during our stay .
I am very disappointed this time for a customers service at a reception on the day we checking . The lady at reception not very nice to us it make my holiday a nightmare and stressful .
Enormous bed (two doubles pushed together), Nice pool area but very few were taking advantage of it!
not enough room to explain how insulting the Maitre d was who claimed we had sent the room service back twice when we actually sent two meals back once then lectured us on how a Club sandwich was supposed to be cold (we sent them back because the french fries were cold) then after suggesting we should give them another chance even used emotional blackmail threatening to sack members of staff if we complained again. In my over 50 years of travelling, I have never met worse (there were other insults but I won't go into them here but happy to if the hotel management want to contact me)!
Had a meal in the 10th floor restaurant and it seems the chef doesn't know how to cook a steak to the guests requirement as medium to well came out Rare to blue on the inside and my wife's medium came out the same. In view of the earlier threat, I forced mine down but my wife couldn't manage that and hid the steak under the salad however to our horror, the waitress took the plates behind the counter and inspected what we had left then came out asking what was wrong with it. We made excuses and left!
The hotel is very Russian oriented!
The nightlife seems to be considerably south of the hotel.

朝日をながめながらバルコニーのお風呂に入ることができます。部屋はとてもキレイで、ウェルカムフルーツがおいてあります。受付、スタッフの感じがよく、もてなしていただきました。プールはとてもキレイで真ん中は1.8mあります。
部屋のエアコンの音が夜は少し気になる。エアコンがきくまでに時間がかる。ジムが別棟、キッズルームは小さめでした。
10階のスカイバーは、22時に終わります。
L’hôtel est très bien situé pour sortir il y a un très bon petit déjeuner la piscine et son personnel top la propreté rien à dire et tout le personnel est très serviable et souriant je recommande vivement cette hôtel
We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa. What really stood out was the very nice, friendly and helpful staff — everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.
The hotel has a beautiful colonial-style atmosphere, which gives it a lot of character and makes it feel quite different from the modern high-rise hotels around Nha Trang. The architecture and interior create a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
We also enjoyed the very good breakfast, with plenty of choices, and the nice pool, which was a great place to relax during the day.
Overall, a charming hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent service and a lot of character. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
Close enough to everything but far enough away to relax from the hustle and bustle..
