L’hôtel est très bien situé pour sortir il y a un très bon petit déjeuner la piscine et son personnel top la propreté rien à dire et tout le personnel est très serviable et souriant je recommande vivement cette hôtel
We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa. What really stood out was the very nice, friendly and helpful staff — everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.
The hotel has a beautiful colonial-style atmosphere, which gives it a lot of character and makes it feel quite different from the modern high-rise hotels around Nha Trang. The architecture and interior create a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
We also enjoyed the very good breakfast, with plenty of choices, and the nice pool, which was a great place to relax during the day.
Overall, a charming hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent service and a lot of character. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!
Close enough to everything but far enough away to relax from the hustle and bustle..

The location and the pool was great!
We had a pleasant stay at Sunrise. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet overall.
Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable interaction with a member of the breakfast dining staff, who appeared to be a manager. Breakfast is advertised as being available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Since we are not big morning eaters, our usual routine was to stop by early for a coffee and a small snack, go to the gym, and then return around 10:00 a.m. to have our actual breakfast.
Om our last day, the staff member approached us in a manner that felt rude and confrontational. She told us that breakfast only allows a single entry and said that she had been "watching" me, noticed that I was a light eater, and had let it slide the first time. This was both surprising and embarrassing, especially as it happened while my mother was seated at the table.
If this is indeed the hotel's policy, it should be clearly communicated to guests through signage or in the breakfast information provided at check-in. That would avoid confusion and prevent guests from being publicly confronted.
What made the experience even more upsetting was that we had observed other guests coming and going without being challenged, yet we were singled out. This left us with the impression that we were treated differently. As Vietnamese Canadians/Americans, this experience was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome.
We hope the hotel reviews both how this policy is communicated and how staff address guests, so that future visitors are treated with respect and consistency.

We really like the services provided by staffs. My wife is a vegeratian and not much choice for her to eat but Miss "Khue" who works in the noodle and egg station always ask my wife what she wants to eat and she is willing to do extra work to provide vegetarian dishes for wife. We really appreciate for her service which is second to none.
Breakfast food are pretty plain. Example: When I eat "Pho" beef noodle soup I can't taste and smell the flafor of Anise or Cinamon, ... When I eat "Bun Bo Hue" I feel the same. No flavor of typical "Bun Bo Hue". Food quality just above average. Not much choice for vegetarians. We live in California and know white people love to eat "Pho" the way Vietnamese cook authentic Vietnamese dishes. So don't worry about strong taste in the dishes, Tasty but not salty will be good
