Clean service and localization.
Nothing
I can't understand the negative reviews. I'm fussy and don't give a toss about offending people when it's deserved. The room was really clean and modern with fridge, TV, and plenty of cupboard space. There is a kettle but limited supplies of tea, coffee and milk. That was easily sorted by nipping to a Tescos and buying small amounts of desired product. The Bathroom looked brand new. The tile grout lines were spotlessly white. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. I read the hotel staff were rude but I initially approached them with a smile and greeting and they reciprocated with the same attitude. They politely greeted me every morning. Breakfast was extensive with a wide choice of continental food and as much as you can eat. The only downside was the shower water was cold in the evening. It was red hot in the morning. I never tested the TV as I didn't visit Prague to sit and watch TV. I'd advise to always take a continental plug adapter with multiple type outlets. A 5 minute walk to I. P. Pavlova Metro and various trams. Always use the Pid app for Prague transport and ticket sales.

Žádné české programy v televizi.
Snídaně velmi slabé.. žádná vaječina, slanina ani zelenina. Pořád to samé, párky..Džusy byly spíše voda než džusy.
A standard 3 star hotel that met our expectations. Room clean and tidy, bathroom fine, though shower might be tight for someone of a larger disposition. Breakfast is usual continental, nothing flash and acceptable, though both grapefruit and orange juices tasted like flavoured water. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. In terms of location it was only a short walk from Wenceslas Square, and about 40 minutes to the castle, Natural History museum is a 10 minute walk away, which is highly recommended(it faces Wenceslas Square). All in all a good hotel that does what it says on the box.
The room had an amazing view and huge windows, and even if the streets outside were very busy, the room itself was very silent; no police sirens (which there were many, possibly the station was nearby) were audible from it.
The room's price and quality did not match at all. We booked one of the more expensive options to have comfort and quality after a long business trip. However, the entire hotel was very good maybe 20 or more years ago, now it is very outdated, with cracks everywhere, the door of the shower was completely broken and falling out, and we found someone's hair in the shower as well. The tiles of the floor were broken in multiple locations, and we even cut our feet in one. We also did not receive any wifi instructions, and the room did not provide any welcoming instructions at all. Lastly, we ordered a double bed; it was 2 beds just pushed together and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.
