Great location. Comfortable bed but very functional hotel. A little soulless. Did not have breakfast so could not comment on that.
More hooks needed in bathroom for towels, robes etc

Le confort à l'intérieur, l'entretien, disponibilité du personnel, 45 minutes supplémentaires accordées pour attendre notre train de retour à Paris qui était prévu à 13h02.
--Transaction faite sur le site de Booking et facture de Booking à l'appui pour 352€, mais à ma surprise, débit abusif de 361€ sur mon compte au profit de Novotel et facturation absurde par Novorel !
Même si j'ai eu des contacts téléphoniques avec Nnovotel à TITRE INFORMATIF, de quel droit Novotel s'est-il servi sur mon compte ?
-Porte de la salle de bains inadaptée en hauteur pour les personnes de haute taille, ça me cognait, je mesure 1,95 m.
-Salle de bain glissant, l'enfant en situation de handicap était tombé après un glissement rien de grave heureusement

Honestly, not much. The reception area was okay I suppose. The rooms had air conditioning.
It’s old / tired. Our 2x rooms smelt like they were previously smoking rooms (despite being non-smoking). The room amenities are from the 70s, there was a microwave which at one point in its life had white plastic which was fully yellow 🤢. The chairs were dirty (like that worn dirty look). The carpets had stains in places. The hotel itself basically resembles all of the following. Its location is across the road from Lille train station, which might appeal to some people. But, it’s isn’t a nice area at all. The multi story car park next door costs €32+ for 24 hours and the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so basically it’s an additional €32 if you arrive by car as there is NO other parking and certainly no free parking. It’s close to Westfield, which is maybe a minor benefit.
I wouldn’t go back even if you gave me the night for free, paid for my train ticket to get there, and gave me €500 to spend. It’s probably one of the worst Novotels I have ever stayed in.

Great place to stay if you are travelling via Eurostar - it’s right opposite! 20 seconds walk.
Also good for a nice wander into Lille.
Carpets are a little stained. Some members of staff are amazing, a couple others need training in basic customer service!

Really convenient for Gare Lille Europe. Bright welcoming lobby. Room facilities and size - we had a family room. Comfortable beds.
The doors on the bathroom didn’t really afford privacy. Fine for a couple.
Very clean and handy to transport
Situation géographique parfaite lorsqu'on arrive en train. Confortable et calme. Douche et baignoire ds une suite très appréciable. Spacieuse
Seul bémol nous étions 3 adultes dans une suite le canapé est très inconfortable petit matelas légèrement incliné vers le sol sur un côté.. pas adapté à un adulte.
