coffee service at room was deficient and erratic. Some days 4 pods, others just 2, others 4 of the same type

Schöner Empfangsbereich, Zimmer relativ groß

Cons:

Mitarbeiter teilweise hektisch - wenn man etwas länger braucht, werfen Spielzeug von Kindern einfach unters Bett beim Zimmerservice.

Die Decken von den Kindern sind alt und vollkommen gelb, so dass es durch den feinen weißen Bezug schon durchleuchtet.

Pros:

Proximité des deux gares Lille Europe et Flandre aussi en face de l’arrêt du FlixBus

Cons:

Ce mon second séjour et ce fut une très mauvaise expérience. La chambre 911 était sale : très mauvaise odeur de la moquette, très poussiéreuse au point que ma fille a fait une crise d’allergie et odeur d’urine aux toilettes ( on a pris la chambre tard la nuit ). Changement de la chambre le lendemain (709) était plus propre mais toujours un grand problème de la moquette ( très sale) aussi l’odeur des couleurs est nauséabonde. Le petit déjeuner est basique sans plus ( ne vaut pas son prix).

Tyst på rummet trots läget. Möjlighet att fylla på vattenflaska med dricksvatten.

Cons:

Väldigt stökigt område vid järnvägsstationen. Många hemlösa som gick runt och försökte få kontakt. Hotellet hade ingen egen parkering men det fanns en parkering precis bredvid, dyrt +30 € för en natt. Kändes inte speciellt säker med tanke på området.
Första rummet vi fick var inte städat efter föregående gäst men löstes snabbt och vi fick ett nytt rum.

Perfect for Eurostar
Pros:

Great location next to Eurostar. We were glad they had some microwave / make it yourself food options to buy in the lobby. Our train arrived in Lille after 10pm and there was nothing open outside the hotel.

Cons:

The area feels a little strange. As soon as I stepped outside the hotel at night, I got harassed by beggars. They seem to watch for people coming out the door. Staff were ok but not overly friendly or helpful.
