Big room, plasticky bathroom/toilet, noisy road, not entirely clean, tired feeling to hotel
Pros:

The most important thing was that the bedroom was large, and felt spacious. It was light - with several windows along one side, and there was plenty of space for suitcases, hanging clothes, etc., without the bed appearing to be crammed in which you find in many other hotel rooms.
There was a big enough fridge, a separate kettle for making tea and the room was fresh with the window open when I arrived.
The breakfast was good, but not the "very good" that was mentioned in the booking pages, with a good range of bread and a few cooked options. It was served in a pleasantly light area on the ground floor, which would have been less fun had the hotel been more crowded.
It was very good to have a fitness room - even a sparsely equipped one - and when the batteries to the remote control failed, I was brought new ones.
A very friendly and helpful receptionist (round glasses) made me feel very welcome, although she was replaced later by a less friendly one.
The location is fine - very good for the Eurostar station and hire cars there and only about half a mile from the city centre. Equally, the walk is so easy that it wouldn't be much of a hardship to take a hotel in the near centre (around the town railway station) and walk back to the Eurostar or hire cars.

Cons:

The floor hadn't been vacuumed - possibly not at all, possibly just very badly - so that there were "bits" in many places (photos available). The room - the whole back of the hotel - was open to a very busy and noisy road, so that although it was very quiet from external sound when I closed the window, the room became rather stuffy and was too hot. YOU SHOULD ASK TO BE AT THE FRONT - "CITY VIEW" - AND AS HIGH UP AS POSSIBLE TO LOOK OVER THE STATION.
Although the room was well insulated from external sound - with the double windows closed - there was a fair bit of noise transmission from other rooms, probably the one above me.
The general feeling was that the hotel cost somewhere in the classier division but was a little tired and downbeat. The bath and shower, and the toilet and the "kitchen" area were all fine, but were constructed out of what looked like a prefabricated plastic block made for the purpose and then assembled in the corner of a largish room. They really need to be replaced with conventional tiled bathrooms to achieve the higher designation. The walls sounded plasticky and hollow and showed a couple of stains. The top right exterior of the hotel is badly in need of cleaning, and the general feeling was of a place in need of refurbishment.

Pas de gel pour laver les mains, pas de brosse pour nettoyer dans les toilettes .
Pas de gel pour se laver les mains dans la douche .

Odeur Pas top dans la chambre, il devrait avoir un parfum d'ambiance ou aéré d’avantage la chambre pendant le nettoyage.

Petit déjeuner 20e agréable mais pas assez de diversité de pain juste baguette et pain de mie il devrait etre plus garnie .

Tuvalet kokuyordu .Tesiste ödeme seçmiş olmama rağmen konaklamamın başlamasından bir gün önce kredi kartımdan çekim yapmışlar gidince tekrar tam parayı çektiler.Uyarmama rağmen hala geri ödeme gerçekleşmedi.Etrafı güvenli değil bir daha tercih etmem.

Cons:

L'odeur mal propre dans la toilette de la chambre, la dimension de la toilette comme à l'avion, tv juste avec les chaînes locales.
