Very clean, the staff were so helpful and kind.

Okay stay but won’t return because I couldn’t sleep.
Pros:

Downstairs was clean and smelled clean. Location was easy to get to and felt safe.

The room was absolutely frigid when we walked in, which is perfect for me! But my kids got cold and turning up the unit from 69-72 apparently kicked on the heat so it started to smell like burning so we turned unit back down to 69.

Pet friendly

Decent breakfast and coffee.

Wear and tear like a normal household from bathroom furniture.

Cons:

There were a menagerie of sounds that prevented me from sleeping as a light sleeper. A constant buzzing or throbbing type of noise, as well as water noise from other rooms.

The bathroom was humid which was great for our hermit crabs BUT I noticed mold on the walls in the bathroom due to lack of venting.

Came to watch the fireworks. Mission accomplished. Had a good view and good time!
Pros:

It was very clean, neat, and people friendly. Quiet.

Cons:

Nothing. Well maybe the dog that was constantly barking on the first floor from someone’s room but once I got to my floor. It was quiet and I couldn’t hear it anymore.
