Staff was very nice and polite. They were proactive in trying to help me, especially as they could tell I was a foreigner. Beds were very comfy. I slept very well most days although some days were kinda cold and it was hard to sleep.
The gym could use more weights. Also, the bowflex was missing the handles so I couldn't do a lot of the workouts I wanted to. The wifi was very spotty. I probably spent about half the time using my cellular plan because it would disconnect or be so bad that the cell service was better.
Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e nos ajudaram com quase tudo o que solicitamos. O café da manhã é bom também, e o banheiro e o chuveiro são excelentes, a gás. O pessoal da limpeza também é bem legal.
O quarto não tinha vista direta pra montanha como prometiam as fotos,e era um quarto lateral e não o mesmo da foto e esse foi o principal fator pra escolher esse hotel. Além disso, o frigobar estava quebrado e só foi possível achar alguém para consertar no final da estadia. Por fim, a cama era de mola, não muito confortável.

Siempre me ha encantado el Madisson y me parece de los mejores hoteles de Bogota, sin embargo en esta estadia debo hacer algunas observaciones, mas que como critica sería como areas a mejorar para evitar malas impresiones a futuro: No funcionaba el extractor de aire del baño y aunque solicite que le echaran un vistazo ya que se acumulaba el vapor y los olores propios nunca lo revisaron 🫣. Las personas que atendían al desayuno no brillaron precisamente por su amabilidad, se les hizo una consulta sobre unos jugos y atendieron como con molestia y de mala gana que no se podia preparar otra opción. Y bueno finalmente quise extender mi estadía y me ofrecian un precio muy superior al inicialmente pagado a traves de Booking (incluso con una habitación de nivel menor), cuando fui entonces a reservar una ampliación a traves de Booking, resulto que decia no estaba disponible el hotel en ese momento en la pagina. Tuve que irme a otro hotel ya que el precio ofrecido casi que doblaba o triplicaba en ese momento otros alojamientos y obvio muy distante del precio inicial pagado. Con el tiempo vi que volvieron a aparecer en la pagina y empezaron a ajustar los precios al promedio. Es de acotar que es la primera vez que me pasa esto, ya que en otras oportunidades he extendido sin problema y me han mantenido el precio inicial. No se que paso en esta ocasión.

Le sauna et le hamam ne fonctionne pas! On m'as demandé de prévenir une demi heure avant, je l'ai fait puis j'ai encore attendu 10 minutes devant le hamam, puis je suis aller voir la réception qui est venu avec moi devant la porte du hamam et m'as demandé de... patienter 10 minutes. J'ai patienter et je suis parti. Le lendemain j'ai demandé si je pouvais utiliser le hamam ont m'as dit qu'il etait en maintenance... Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, pas de lait... certains fruits trop mûrs... Le store/volet pendait a terre et ne couvre pas la lumière il est maintenu avec du scotch, vous etes réveillé par la lumière le matin. Lorsque j'ai demandé un check out tardif en compensation on me l'as refusé, on a simplement accepter de garder mes bagages en attendant mon vol. Merci.

The room was spacious and a lot more comfortable than I expected. Each person had their own private bathroom and room. Housekeeping came through and did a good job cleaning the rooms. It was also in prime location and for that purpose alone I would revisit. You have about a 15-minute walk before you are by Parque 93 and malls like Andino etc. A 10 min walk away from several restaurants like DQM Pizza and a Frisby chain, Lez Amis is also just a 15-minute walk away so a great central location. I will also say that the staff is super friendly and willing to wait for you to do the mental language translations lol
The mini fridge in our room wasn't working but outside of needing somewhere to store our waters we didn't really use it. I also think that the rooms need a goodddd deep clean, you could literally smell the mold everytime you took a shower or moved the curtains in the room. Breakfast was a bore, it was the same option(including the fruits) for all 7 days that we were there, which for a country that has over 200+ species of fruit, Madisson seems to know only 3/4 (papaya, watermelon and pineapple). Another thing that I found weird is that different elevators go to different sides of the building and if you have a number on say 306- 311 side of the building you have to walk through this creepy low lit parking spot to get to the elevator.

WiFi was a little weak in part of my suite.
La habitación espaciosa, baño amplio, cama muy buena. Ubicación cerca del Parque 93, a metro hay un mini super, un Oxxo y restaurantes.
Es la segunda vez que voy. El hotel da desayuno, que incluye huevos, panes, frutas, ajiaco, bebidas frias y calientes y cereales, arepaa, papas. Pero en esta vuelta faltó que pusieran algunas cosas que el año pasado si ponían, como mantequilla, Quesos, jamón. Igual con lo que ponían se podía desayunar muy bien, y estaba todo rico.
