Somente.se não houver outra opção na cidade. Muito ruim

Atendimento da recepção muito ruim.

O chuveiro estava quebrado.

O ar condicionado estava quebrado e não ligava, o que tornava impossível dormir no quarto no verão Europeu.

Schimmel, technische Defekte und Mitarbeiterinnen-Überforderung
Pros:

Frühstück war ok - typisches Hotelbuffet, freundliche Bedienung (ja ist ein Widerspruch zur Bewertung)
in 15 bis 20 gemütlichen Geh-Minuten ist man in der City
das wir nur eine Nacht bleiben "mussten"

Cons:

Die Dame bei der Rezeption war überfordert; mehr als ein "yes" kam zur Begrüßung nicht rüber
Das Badezimmer hatte auf der Decke großflächig (das ist keine Übertreibung!) Schimmel
Eine Lampe hat nicht funktioniert, die Beschattung (Markisette) des Fensters konnte nicht raufgefahren werden, wodurch es im Zimmer immer finster war.
Im Badezimmer ragten lange Haare am Boden unter dem Mistkübel heraus - die sind wohl beim Aufwischen nicht sofort in den Wischer gesprungen - dann bleiben sie halt liegen....
Haare auch in der Badewanne (nicht nur im Abfluss)

Garage was te klein voor een grote bus qua breedte.
Aan de straatzijde, hierdoor kon je de honden niet fijn uitlaten terwijl honden daar zijn toegestaan.

Free bus pass. Air conditioning in room

Cons:

Staff at reception were unfriendly, had an attitude and totally lacked customer care skills. I complained in writing via email to the manager, Heike Steller, who did not even had the courtesy to send a reply

Παροχή πάρκινγκ

Cons:

Το προσωπικό ήταν αγενέστατο και μη εξυπηρετικό. Έλλειψη καθαριότητας (βρώμικα παπλώματα). Μη λειτουργική πρίζα του κομοδίνου. Υγρασία και μούχλα στο ταβάνι του μπάνιου κυρίως.

Habitación amplia, camas amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

Habitación con olor a humedad.
No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor.
Fue un domingo y me dijeron que recién al día siguiente se vería pues no estaban los encargados de mantenimiento.
Me dieron un ventilador pequeño que a penas soplaba.
