Sve pobleme koje sam imao u hotelu, ublažile su ljepote i duh grada Salzburga.
Pros:

Jedino mi se svidjela lokacija.

Cons:

Ponašanje osoblja na recepciji, posebno vjerojatno šefice recepcije, na moju primjedbu da je u sobi neispravan televizor (važno zbog svjetskoga prvenstva u nogometu). To nisu smatrali problemom i u početku su mi odbijali dati novu sobu s ispravnim televizorom. Dano mi je do znanja, da stignem potražiti drugi hotel, jer da mi ne mogu dati drugu sobu. Nakon duže rasprave (bilo je problema i u jezičnom nerazumijevanju, pa se telefonski umiješao moj kolega iz hrvatske, koji bolje od mene govori engleski) ipak su mi dali drugu sobu s ispravnim televizorom, ali bez mogućnosti HDM priključka. Izgubio sam volju dalje se buniti, pa sam cijeli boravak utakmice gledao na svom prijenosnom računalu. Djelatnik na recepciji pri mom odlasku nije mi se zahvalio na boravku ni poželio sretan put, jer mu je važnije bilo gledati utakmicu na TV. Hotel je poprilično zapušten i potrebno mu je temeljito preuređenje.

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Problem wurde auch nach meiner Reklamation nicht behoben.

Für eine Nacht wegen Durchreise war es gut.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. 2 Sorten Wurst und kein richtiges Brötchen. Wir waren enttäuscht. Das Rührei hat super geschmeckt.

Trash staff and rooms
Pros:

No AC during a heat wave! Front desk staff lied and could not be bothered to help. A night of misery in a 30 degreee room. Breakfast? 21€!! Rooms? Falling apart and not clean! Every single thing about this place is trash!

Ok but noisy
Pros:

Good location ten minutes walk from the Altstadt.

Cons:

Double was two singles pushed together. A lot of noise at night from maybe air conditioning in other rooms, and from traffic in the morning.
