Location was great and the view from the room was lovely. Room was very large with lots of space.

Cons:

Bathroom / shower weren’t the best - sprayed all over beyond the screen.

Great and will return!
Pros:

Warm welcome from the reception, all the staff were really helpful, from the leisure team to the breakfast team.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view across the river. The beds were comfortable and a decent shower/bathroom. Nice to see toiletries - especially as I'd forgotten shower gel!
The leisure facilities were really nice. the spa a good place to chill out and relax.
The breakfast buffet was really nice, with a good selection of decent food.
We came for a local event and decided to make a weekend of it, glad we did and will definitely return just to visit locally!

Cons:

As previous feedback, some areas are a bit worn around the edges, but the place is clean and work is being done.
The car park is tight for all but the smallest of cars, this is only made worse by other guests inability to park within the markings!

Staff very helpful and welcoming

Cons:

Room was rather hot with only a fan to help which was not really efficient. Perhaps invest in some cooling type fans. Some refurbishment needed as room showing wear and tear.

Excellent location comfortable bed and great towels breakfast great and really nice bar with balcony ovet looking river. Car parking very good on site and undercover.

Cons:

No air conditioning which due to heat wave made sleep less comfortable than normal, but a fan was provided and I think overall the hotel was good value for money
