Pros:

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is good and there is security at the entrance

Cons:

The windows were slightly old, and so we could hear music from the street below. The laundry was slightly expensive and ended up delayed, but in general we found the staff very accommodating when we asked for it to be returned as soon as possible.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser más variado…. Me pareció de poco gusto que cobraran en 13.000 pesos una botella con agua genérica de marca propia del mini bar. Usualmente los hoteles ponen botella de agua de cortesía.

Pros:

Desayuno excelente. El servicio de restaurante a la carta muy gustoso y rico.
Zonas húmedas y SPA muy agradables y disponibles siempre.

Cons:

Todo fue muy agradable y placentero. Nos gusto todo.

Pros:

La atención fue excelente, las habitaciones eran modernas, el desayuno deli!
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Cali !

Cons:

Solo algo, en el desayuno el primer día nos dijeron que no podían hacernos omelet y el segundo fía dijeron que sí 🤷🏻‍♀️

Súper ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

El hotel queda muy cerca de la mayoría de lugares turísticos, así que pudimos disfrutamos caminar. La amabilidad del personal desde el ingreso hasta nuestra salida es de resaltar. Los desayunos muy variados y deliciosos. Las instalaciones cómodas y lindas

Cons:

Deberían incluir menú para bebés, a la hora del almuerzo no hay muchas opciones por decir ninguna. Tampoco hay opciones vegetarianas o veganas
