Decepcionante y no cubrió lo pagado
Pros:

Lo cómodo para lo que fuimos a Cali, congreso en el mismo hotel

Cons:

1. La habitación reservada y pagada no fue la entregada.
2. Caja fuerte nunca fue reparada , al tercer día ofrecieron cambio de habitación.
3. Al tercer día logré que pusieran toallas de mano.
4. Aire acondicionado funcionaba regular.
5. Mini bar no funcionaba, lo arreglaron u duró medio día bueno
La experiencia de este fue muy mala a diferencia del año anterior que fue buena
