Gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, östlich und vestlich. Ca.10 Minuten zum U-Bahn Stationen Beijing Railway Station (Linie 2) oder Jianguomen (Linie 1). Zimmer eher klein, aber sehr sauber und jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Gute Laundryservice. Freundliches, auch Englischsprechendes, Personal. Zimmer mit Fenster, aber im EG keinen Ausblick.

Ottima colazione e disponibilità del personale. Si sono sempre fatti in 4 per darmi una mano. L'ambiente è accogliente e rilassante.

This is a decent hotel, but I want to be completely honest in my review.

We are a family of eight who traveled to several destinations throughout China, and everywhere else we received excellent service. However, when I contacted this hotel in advance to ask about airport transportation, the response was simply a brief “No, take a taxi.” We also tried to get assistance with a few other things, but the staff handling email inquiries seemed quite cold and unwilling to help.

I should add that I do not know who was responding to the emails, as my experience with the front desk staff was completely different. In particular, one of the receptionists was wonderful and went out of her way to help us plan our visit to Tiananmen Square after we had previously received an email saying that the hotel could not assist us. Her kindness and willingness to help made a very positive impression and stood in stark contrast to the communication we received by email.

We used the laundry service for an additional fee, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Our clothes were delivered to the wrong rooms, and when we finally received them, they had an unpleasant smell. The laundry was taken away and then returned to us soaking wet just before midnight on our last evening. I ended up spending about two hours drying our clothes with a hairdryer! 😅

The restaurant also seemed somewhat disorganized during our stay.

That said, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and pleasant throughout our visit.

Overall, the hotel appears to lack organization and attention to detail. The rooms are also very small—we could barely find space for our suitcases.

It is an acceptable place for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer visit.

Отель удобно расположен в самом центре, около ЖД вокзала, рядом метро. Комнаты совсем небольшие, но уютные, есть холодильник. Кровать очень удобная, подушки вообще шикарные. Есть завтрак, но мы не брали. Есть внутренний дворик, где можно посидеть. За эту цену в центре - одно из лучших предложений.

A localização é sensacional, está muito próximo da linha 2 que é a linha circular que proporciona acesso a muitos dos locais históricos de pequim. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e dedicados, além disso o Hotel em si é maravilhoso porque tem história e um espaço de convivência ímpar. É difícil ter um lugar que reúna todas essas qualidades ao mesmo tempo. Foi surpreendente e valeu muito a pena.
