Toller Hotel in sehr guter Lage, ein Erlebnis

Traumhafte Anlage, erstklassiges Frühstück, im Ganzen ein sehr hohes Niveau

Cons:

Service im Restaurant am Abend könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, aber vielleicht war es an diesem Abend ein personeller Engpass. Die Weinauswahl (nicht im Michelin Restaurant) für dieses Hotel ist eher eingeschränkt UND Weissweine (Flasche) sollten bereits gut vorgekühlt an den Tisch gebracht werden. Auch möchte ich dem Kellner nicht sagen müssen, immer nur wenig einzuschenken.

Terrible ! Will be trying to get a refund.
Pros:

Didn’t really get to experience it as would not let us use the facilities until we checked in at 4pm. Were sent away. Never ever happened before in all my years of travelling.

Cons:

Staff were very rude! Can’t get a taxi from this hotel either, even if you pre book one. No welcome water without asking. Can’t believe the service. One member was nice and did help who upgraded to a suite but never got to use the facilities of the hotel so not worthwhile.
Loungers also not comfortable.

Sympa mais quelques petites choses à améliorer

la gentillesse du personnel, les chambres récemment refaite, l’iconique piscine lagon

Cons:

pas d’eau dans les chambres pendant tout le séjour à part dans le minibar, ce serait bien de mettre à minima une carafe avec de l’eau filtrée rempli chaque jour.
Et le petit déjeuner en chambre, pourquoi mettre des tranches de pain Harrys pour du pain complet c est vraiment dommage.
