It feels home away from home because of the warmth people.
Pros:

The place is awesome, a great spot to stay. Very convenient and wonderful staff. Lyka is one of the best people I deal with at Merit Hotel.

Great staff, good rooms.
Pros:

Great location, clean. Pet friendly room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Coffee station in lobby never had coffee but kept the same pile of spilt sugar for the whole of our stay.

I loved how friendly the staff were They were very helpful too

Cons:

The room wasn't the cleanest I found garbage under the chair and bed from previous guests And I didn't like having to constantly use the room card to go up and down in the elevator
