Soon to be condemned with the lack of upkeep and room quality

Location is decent and that was about it

Cons:

Come on now. Put some money into these rooms and care into the property. Bathroom ceilings had holes from previous sprinklers locations that the fire dept likely told them needed to move. Holes all over the walls and bathroom door was missing a handle on one side. Floors are poorly installed and everything is just poorly done. Shower hardware isn’t even flush with the wall, so water gets into the spaces so I’m sure there is mold now (or will be soon). Why is the bed so off-centered? Poor use of space. Also, the staff constantly leaves the hotel gates open which is a huge security risk. People at the pool are clearly not hotel guests (maybe friends of the staff?) that come in with loud children and glass items into the pool area… Horrible hotel. It may be cheap, but don’t think for a second it is worth it.

It's perfect to get a peaceful sleep if you are spending the day out and about.

WORST EXPERIENCE YET
Pros:

The sliding door to the bathroom. That was it.

Cons:

Well there were no chairs in the room. The sheets were dirty upon entering I took a video of it and they still held my deposit after 9 days. Black mold in the bathroom, hole in ceiling,filthy window seals.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet!
Pros:

Ein recht nettes Hotel und obwohl unser Zimmer direkt an der Straße lag, war es ruhig. Auch die Poolanlage war gut, wir haben uns jedenfalls für die 2 Nächte, die wir hier verbrachten, wohl gefühlt. Zum Palm-Srpings-Zentrum sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten.

Cons:

Keine Beanstandungen!

Decent location and comfortable beds, but the property needs significant updates and didn’t match the photos.
Pros:

The location was great and very convenient, only a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I also appreciated that the pool stayed open until 1:00 AM, which was a nice perk. The beds were very comfortable—I slept really well the first night. The morning front desk employee was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary coffee was better than expected.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel felt much more rundown than the photos suggested. I was expecting something nicer based on the listing. The pool area could use more cleaning, as the lounge chairs were covered in water spots and looked neglected. The exterior also didn’t feel very well maintained. Our TV didn’t work, the room was missing basic touches like a bedside table with a clock, a phone, and even artwork on the walls, making it feel very bare. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the toilet made a loud strange noise every time it was flushed, and the floor felt sticky. We also got locked out of our room once because both key cards stopped working. I left feeling like I should have spent a little more money for a much nicer hotel experience.

Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, sehr hilfsbereit. Mein Bett war sehr bequem, sehr gute und sehr saubere Handtücher.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Fußböden könnte besser sein.

Bonne étape à Palm Springs !
Pros:

Super rapport qualité prix, le jacuzzi était vraiment top, endroit calme, propre, la chambre fait ce qu’on lui demande pour le prix. Le patron est gentil et nous a donné tout ce qu’il fallait savoir. Pour une étape c’est très bien.
