Pros:

The staff were very helpful, and when a language barrier came in, they did everything they could to help us. Most staff spoke good English and were understanding. The rooftop terrace is very peaceful and has a lovely view. Shutters on the window really add to the French feeling.

Cons:

I don't think the room matched the price we paid. The beds weren't very comfortable and the shower was not powerful at all. There is a lot of noise outside as it's the middle of a city, but the windows don't do anything for it.

J'ai changé de chambre de mon arrivée.
La deuxième chambre, frigo en panne...
Vu le prix que j'ai payé, tout devrait être impeccable.
Ce n'était pas le cas.

Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel, goede hygiëne, fijn zwembad, perfecte locatie midden in centrum en toch helemaal stil binnen.

Cons:

Niets, zouden zo weer terug gaan!

Un hôtel confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé, avec un rooftop très agréable.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, le confort de la chambre supérieure et ses équipements : bouilloire, machine Nespresso, mini-réfrigérateur et bouteilles d’eau. La piscine sur le rooftop est petite mais très agréable, surtout pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur Toulon.

Cons:

Rien de réellement négatif à signaler. Il aurait simplement été appréciable d’avoir de véritables capsules Nespresso, adaptées à la machine mise à disposition dans la chambre.

Enfin un patron d'hôtel investi
Pros:

La piscine sur le toit la salle de gym le sauna bien que pas utilisé car il faisait déjà assez chaud.
Le personnel et le patron très gentil qui ont été au petit soin pour nous, mais pas que pour nous d'ailleurs.

Cons:

La porte cassée de la douche dont les joints laissaient à désirer, mais lorsque le propriétaire l'a su, et a vérifié immédiatement, il a mis tout en place pour que ce soit réparé, et nous a fait une compensation en nous offrant le petit-déjeuner. Chose très rare en pareil cas je voyage beaucoup et pratique souvent les hôtels, si jamais ne réagissent de la sorte lorsqu'il y a une défaillance comme cela.
Un grand merci à lui et à son équipe.
