Well location was good but. There was no hand soap in the room and the towels were not white they looked dirty ! They need to invest in new towels and bedding sheets. For that reason I may not stay there again

Great place, clean, staff went above and beyond.
Pros:

What I got for the price, the staff was very friendly. I loved the room and the cleanliness of the place.

Cons:

During our stay the system was down so we couldn’t get key cards, so every time we had to go to our room we had to bug staff.

Great place clean , friendly, great breakfast
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and the staff is always accommodating I would recommend this hotel anytime .

Cons:

I liked everything about it the front desk staff doesn’t matter who is on they are so accommodating friendly and just a joy to stay here .

Staff was friendly and helpful! The hostess at the desk went above and beyond to get my daughter a cup of milk, even though it was outside of dining hours!

Staff was unable to check us in.
Cons:

We couldn’t even stay because it was 1 am on June 1st I made reservation for May 31-June 1 as we were just needing a few hours of sleep. The staff couldn’t check me in and couldn’t change anything for me. If this is not possible to get around booking.com really needs to fix this problem and you should not be able to book a day prior. If I had done it for June 1, we wouldn’t be able to check in until much later that day. I will be disputing these charges as the booking should have never been allowed.
