Pros:

Super welcoming at check in, I had a couple of bookings over a few dates which needed some adjustments, and he could sort it for me perfectly. Very good breakfast with great variety, convenient location, the water and ice dispensers were good too.

Cons:

The pool was closed for some days for cleaning. There were several large groups staying at the hotel, so there was noise and crowding in elevators, breakfast room etc

Tv service was awful. Not everyone wants to stream and pay. Reception was terrible. Kept cutting in and out.

Our door malfunction and was left stranded in hallway for about 45 minutes to and hour until front desk guy was able to fix. Would have like to be compensated for this.

Pros:

Breakfast was always on time and delicious! Clean and beautiful dining area. Loved the large, complimentary shampoo,conditioner, and body wash dispensing bottles in the shower.

Cons:

We arrived at our door, which looked as if it had been pried open. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION. The air in the room is controlled (possibly by staff?) and it doesn't appear that the AC units are checked in depth because we found snack wrappers in ours, and the air was not cold.

Breakfast needs improvement. Towels and bedding needs checking before use as some were full of stains

Quite. Assistant manager was very helpful. Operations sales director very friendly

Cons:

Breakfast. Breakfast lady not friendly and kind to people staying at the hotel. Hot water very warm when it’s supposed to be hot for a nice cup of tea.
