Secure parking.
Excellent staff and the little extra things they provide are seen and appreciated.
Free laundy use with included detergent, freshly baked cookies for you to enjoy and free bottle or water ! This hotel is our go to in Townsville .

Great all-round place to stay with service facilities, food and beverages!!
Pros:

Great location. Everything we needed right at our doorstep. Food and drinks were amazing at the restaurant and bar. Staff were absolutely amazing and consistent with service from morning through tonight. Very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
