The staff were exceptional at every single point. The staff at the breakfast area need special mention. They were genuinely caring. Kept coming to the table and asked if i need anything more. Staff were very responsive. I even got to speak to the young operations manager who keenly listened to the feedback and implemented some of them instantly. The hotel exceeded my expectation espescially after reading some of the negative reviews. Cant beat the location, close to all the important locales of Bangalore. Value for money. One of the best hotel experiences in the world

I think the room was clean and comfortable
They first said they don’t have bookings from 10th may
My bookings started from 11th may however with the help of their staff I booked from 10th onwards
I showed the name of the staff who confirmed the booking
Secondly the food is horrible
Exceptional food. Both buffet and 24/7 in room dining. The staff were very polite and helpful.

This hotel is really nice, the food is very good and it is very well located in the city. The staff was friendly and the room was great.
During breakfast, it was really odd that the staff asked me to review them in TripAdvisor (which is ok), so he could take a picture of my screen showing that I did the review to hiss boss (not ok).
Also, it is strange that an important hotel like this didn't have information about tourist trips in the city, or the contact of some tourist agency to help me visit the city and nearby cities.
In simple What we were promised we got. Room was very clean and specious. Breakfast was very good . Had veg/non veg options. Location too were good as it was just 5km around anything we were looking. Easy cab service and could reached the hotel from anywhere in BLR. Hotel got an amazing uninterrupted WIFI speed too,
