The bed and room were comfortable. Good food.
The sliding door to the cupboard kept getting stuck. The door to the shower area in the bathroom did not close all the way, so the water kept seeping out and the entire bathroom was always wet. Drainage not good. After the room was cleaned there was a damp smell all over the room like a dirty, unwashed cloth was being used to clean. More than once used hand towels were left behind. Doormat was hung behind the door on the hook. The central light system was not easy to understand. The table on which kettle was kept was never cleaned properly.

I was denied entry to the hotel saying that my booking was cancelled, as it was showing confirmed booking in booking.com. So, either you don't visit the place if you have booked it from booking.com or book it somewhere else.

They gave a room where renovation work was going on.. it took a while for them to move us to a. new room only after our complaint. Wondering why they allocated room in a floor where work was ongoing. Some small issues in the toilet. Wash basin hot water not coming . We have to request for additional toiletries for the 3 adult when they already knew about the additional person. . I have stayed before this visit and it.used to be good. Also I had made prepayment in booking.com, but the reception insisted on paying at the hotel again and my earlier payment.got credited.
It meets all your requirements. Most suited location and the properrty for business stay. Food is good and staff is well groomed.

Clean the ambiance was good . I was a bit in happy with the laundry though they were not cleaned well. They did mention that some areas need dry cleaning but others areas should have been cleared which was not looked like it was soaked in water dried and press. Apart from that all was excellent
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very good.
The hotel seemed quite old and needed to be upgraded. I was on the second floor and there were boards in the corridor and a sign saying renovations were underway’ . I asked the staff about this and was told there was a plumbing issue that was being fixed.
