It was fair, but never booking it again
Pros:

The bedding is so neat, the housekeeping is amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect if the purpose of your visit is for shopping.

Cons:

The reception staff and the management are not friendly at all, they focus on making money rather than customer experience. Room service is until 10pm only. Hotel entrance is questionable.

Cons:

The breakfast is not served as a buffet, which is perfectly fine, but the overall quality did not quite meet the standard one would normally expect from a regular breakfast service. The service itself was good and the staff were helpful throughout our stay.

One major downside, however, was the smoking policy. Smoking was allowed in many areas during breakfast, and regardless of where you were seated, it was difficult to avoid the smoke. The same issue affected the rooms as well.

Initially, we booked a larger room with a connecting door to the neighboring room. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of noise, and smoking in the adjacent room caused smoke to enter ours. Thankfully, the hotel changed our room without any issues.

Apart from this, the rooms were acceptable, the service was good, and the location is excellent.

Pros:

I was pleased with the kindness of the staff. The location , on the 8th floor for breakfast had a beautiful view. It was very clean and peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

I didn't like the lobby because when you enter the hotel, you have to take the elevator to the first floor for reception. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet.
