Зашли в номер, а кондиционер не работает. На улице жара 40 градусов, находиться там невозможно ни минуты. вызвали мастера, после его "ремонта" ничего не изменилось. После часа пребывания там поняли, что тут невозможно отдохнуть и просто жить. Нам не предложили заменить номер, предложили отменить бронирование, но ведь знали что деньги нам не вернет никто. Ужасный сервис, ужасный отель, ужасное бронирование. Ставлю всем негативный отзыв, в том числе самому Букингу. Разочарование за испорченный вечер, ведь бронировала номер в подарок для детей. Все расстроены, день рождения испорчен. Очень жаль и денег, и репутации отеля, и сервиса Букинга.
