Overall great stay , amazing location
Pros:

We got an extra two hours late checkout without additional pay , since it was Saturday, breakfast was very nice and open until late which was amazing! And the room was lovely. There was a doorman at the front which made us feel safer.

Cons:

The fridge wasn’t cooling out food at all , unfortunately it got spoiled when we left it overnight. And the shower drain was half clogged

הגעתי ללילה אחד בתל אביב. המיקום מצוין – קרוב מאוד לחוף הים ולשוק הכרמל, וזו בהחלט נקודת החוזקה של המלון.
הזמנתי חדר עם מרפסת, אך לצערי החוויה הייתה מאכזבת. רמת הניקיון לא הייתה מספקת, המקלחת הרגישה מאולתרת, וברז המקלחת היה שבור ולא תקין.
כל חווית השינה הייתה נראית, הרגישו כל קפיץ וברזל במזרן.
החלק המאכזב ביותר היה בבוקר: בזמן שישבתי במרפסת לשתות קפה, נשפכו עליי כמויות גדולות של מים, ככל הנראה כתוצאה משטיפת הגג. כשפניתי לקבלה כדי להתלונן ולבקש שיפסיקו, נתקלתי בהתנערות מאחריות ובטענה שהאירוע אינו קשור אליהם.
האירוע הזה הרס לי לחלוטין את חוויית הבוקר, ובשקלול התמורה מול המחיר – אני לא חושבת שהמלון מצדיק את העלות. לצערי, לא הייתי חוזרת ולא ממליצה לאחרים להתארח בו.
