Cons:

Very compact room, facilities basic. Alright for short stay but thought it was really overpriced, for room only. Because of price, didn't pay the extra for breakfast.

Pros:

Location amazing, check in staff very good, air con very welcome in the heat, room comfortable, breakfast good value and quality

Cons:

Poor service from night staff. Understood no food served immediately when we returned, as bar was busy due to concert emptying and guests returning. However, after being told that the kitchen would be open once queue for bar slowed down and being given the smaller 24/7 menu, it was disappointing that we were later being told kitchen wouldn't be open even when bar area hsd become quiet. Had we realised this we would have left and looked to get food elsewhere. Only after voicing annoyance were we finally able to order some toasties off the night menu, even then with disgruntled staff taking the order and advising they had no idea how long it would take,

Very basic set up, TV not working, terrible WI-FI, bathroom is a plastic pod and shower was dirty and leaking.

Pros:

The hotel is in the centre of the city, very close to the cathedral. the room is spacious and a bit TV screen, bathroom is all modern.

Cons:

The bed had dirt stains and I mentioned it to the receptionist, they promised to clean it at once. however, nothing was done by late afternoon. Finally, they proposed to change a room as the cleaning personnel has already gone, and that was done. thank you.

The location was great for restaurants and car park

Cons:

Room quite basic.
TV years old and some channels did not work.
Toilet flush was intermittent
No nets on window, only curtain. I was on 1st floor so couldnt have curtain open as I was overlooking Tesco and the street, so no natural light
