Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast impressive
Very noisy on the Friday, but it was a bank holiday weekend
Everything
Nothing
Location
Breakfast good value
Price doubled for one night possibly due to music event in beacon hall was not worth the new price
Air con not working
TV remote broke
Shower gel /hand wash bottle in bathroom empty
Very pleasant room on the third floor, a long way away from the lift as requested. As this hotel is right in the centre it does suffer from noise from young street revellers, although with the window shut noise is kept to a bearable level.
The extractor fan in the shower pod didn't function and the room is quite compact.
Location
Strong ammonia smell in the room and urine smell in the bathroom.
Good location. Affordable.
Bathroom door didn’t close and shower floor grubby.
We have stayed here several times and first opted for it due to the location - by the river and close to concert venues. We find the beds comfortable and the rooms have everything we require. Breakfast is good and the bar is nice for an unwind after a concert.
Honestly the only thing I have any issue with is the orange juice at breakfast - a bit on the saccharine side for me.
Great location, right next to a secure car park with discounted price, restaurants are in walking distance
it can be a bit noisy on Saturday night as hotel is surrounded by restaurants and bars
In a good position near the Harbourside
The location is excellent for the event at the Amphitheatre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would have really loved a bath.
