Pros:

La playa del hotel es una pasada. Desayunas y puedes meterte directo.

Cons:

Que no tuviera ascensor y el olor a humedad y no tuviera piscina. El baño es muy antiguo tendra 30 años minimo sin reformar.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen .
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und die Anbindung mit dem Buslinie 4 die alle 15 Minuten direkt vor dem Hotel fährt ist hervorragend. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn manche von ihnen der Sprache nicht mächtig sind.
Die außen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist perfekt um gemütlich das Frühstück zu genießen . Das Essen war gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt .

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank in den Zimmern wäre ein großer Vorteil für die Gäste. Auch ein Aufzug für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung wäre gut, da es viel Treppen gibt . Die Zimmer müssten mal wieder renoviert werden.

L’emplacement face à une plage est très appréciable.
Hôtel proche d’un arrêt de bus pour la vieille ville et proche d’une rue piétonne remplie de restaurants.
Un personnel accueillant et à l écoute.

Cons:

La salle de bain gagnerait à être rafraîchi et une douche plus grande serait appréciable.

There are better hotels
Pros:

Location is ideal and close to promenade and beach access. Hotel hallways and rooms are dated and could use upgrade. Many stairs and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage down a hill then stairs to get to reception which then leads to more stairs to the rooms. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The room and bathroom could be cleaner upon check in.

Einfaches Hotel mit super Service und unschlagbarer Lage
Pros:

Top Lage am Strand sowie zur Lapad Promenade. Sehr sauber. Zimmer war sogar besser, als auf den Fotos. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und es gab auch Alternativen bei bestimmten Unterverträglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und mit Humor anzutreffen.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber es ist trotzdem sehr sauber gewesen!
Die Sonnenliegen mit Schirm waren super, aber finde es schade, dass es keinen Rabatt bzw. vergünstigten Preis für Hotelgäste gibt! (40€ Gesamtprei)

Location - you can’t beat this location, in the middle of Lapad bay with direct access to a beautiful blue beach and a short stroll to so many great restaurants and bars, as well as a short hop into Dubrovnik old town. Great view also from the hotel sea view rooms of beautiful clear blue waters.

Value - good value for money for such a great location.

Staff - friendly and welcoming staff, good introductory briefing of the surrounding area, always with a smile.

Surroundings - excellent little bay with lots of nice restaurants especially up the bay to the right side which has a lovely sea front walkway and lots of cute Cave bars and restaurants with a view.

Cons:

Cleanliness - the public areas/carpets and rooms need to be cleaned to a higher standard. The hallway carpets especially were consistently dirty, and need more love.

Beds - beds were comfortable, but as others have said they are made of a wooden sheet and creak at every single movement, when turning in bed, being intimate, etc. Not a great experience when on a relaxing holiday. Also more pillows than 1 each would be nice.

Breakfast Coffee - breakfast coffee machines produce coffee that tastes like coffee with dirty water (as another post has said). Not sure if the water temperature is too high, or coffee too old, or pipes not cleaned often enough, but the coffee was very bad. The coffee in the bar however was good.

Breakfast servers - the servers during breakfast were not interested in serving or providing coffee etc but instead were like smiling vultures pouncing on any cup, glass or utensils which may not he used. There’s a balance here and whilst cleaning a dirty table is a good thing, it felt like they were very much over eager to clear items as soon as they were done and by the end of the trip it was intrusive. Easy fix here just be more patient with the cleanup.

Beach beds - beach in front of the hotel is basic but clean, however beds are 40€ for a double bed + umbrellas which is expensive considering the hotel doesn’t have a pool. The 5-star President hotel up the bay costs 50€ for same setup for external guests and has a much nicer area plus servers coming to your bed with drinks orders.

Surroundings - not the fault of the hotel, but the adjacent Sunset Beach, Blanco bar, and other local beach restaurants are delapidated and permanently closed, with umbrellas rusting in the sun. This needs to be fixed by the local authorities asap to ensure a nice beach environment for the benefit of the Vis hotel and town.
