Great location for relatively good value .
Pros:

Location right on the water was Eid Erik. We paid for a sea view and it was worth being able to hear the waves crashing.

Cons:

Dated and needs maintenance. Nothing in particular but needs a refresh and minor fixes.

Pros:

Views from the outdoor public areas are stunning - as the hotel is right on the (European) beach. The water is a myriad of blues and greens.
Breakfast was an excellent buffet style. Reception staff were very helpful, and the staff in the restaurant were both friendly and helpful.
Also they offer a good value (and large variety) evening buffet.

Cons:

Tea and coffee facility in the room.

No reason to be as bad as it is, all because such appalling reception
Pros:

Why is it that any hotel would encourage such dreadful front office staff, to make you feel so unwelcome, and for what purpose the moment you approach? This hotel should be avoided because of this condescending unnecessary attitude, unique mt experience and to be immediately rectified by simple application of respect.
Also, such a ridiculous number of stairs, no lift and nil offered assistance should encourage another rethink.
Choose somewhere that values your business.

El lugar y la vista es excepcional ( fuera del bullicio del Old Town)

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen un mobiliario demasiado viejo, la cama un desastre, y habían manchas horribles en las sábanas. Las duchas son demasiado pequeñas

Enjoyed our stay while visiting old town.

Superb beach location. View from room spectacular. Good facilities.

Cons:

No elevator. Had to go up three flights of stairs carrying 40 lb suitcases.

La vue de la chambre - le comfort de la literie

Cons:

manque d'un petit réfrigérateur 20 30 Litres dans la chambre pour avoir de l'eau fraîche. Le coût exorbitant d'une bouteille d'eau de 1 l à 6 Euros. Le coté industriel et expéditif de l'organisation manque de chaleurosité.
