The staff where great ,the breakfast was very good
The property is very well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious and the covered parking was great.

Been here many times. Always very good. This time the room was not properly vacuumed, had a bad musty odor … expect management trying to cut corners
I was welcomed by a exceptionally friendly and helpful employee who checked me in and on her own initiative moved me to a better room than what I had been scheduled to use.
I thought the hotel was interesting architecturally and loved it over a conventional box hotel.
I also enjoyed the "arts" part of the hotel concept. Made me want to take up drawing again.
The price point was a bit more than I would typically spend, but I though it was worth it.
Everything was terrific except for the breakfast buffet. Ran out of bacon. Fresh fruit was not fresh. Coffee not very good. no pancakes, french toast, fresh baked muffins (come on, you're in Lancaster for heaven's sake!)

We stayed in room 403. The room was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a good location. We will return and request the same room we stayed. The staff was nice and helpful.

Third time staying at this lovely boutique hotel. Always our first choice anytime we’re spending a few days in Lancaster County. Staff was helpful and friendly. They’ve done a great job preserving the feel of the original historic building, but with updated functionality. Great location in a walkable city. Very clean. Bonus points for a fabulous restaurant in the ground level!
Parking was easy and close by. The hotel is beautiful, the art amazing.
The young lady at check in was so kind and gave me a map with lots of info.
My room was clean and cozy. The turn down service was a nice touch.
I had drinks and dinner at the bar downstairs and it was delicious and the bartender was very friendly.
There are drawing pads in the room if you feel inspired and they hang the art in the elevator. Very cool.
Would 100% stay again if I was in the area.
Everything comfortable except in couch room av wasn't working well.
