Ligging en sfeer
Zeer luidruchtige centrale airco, de vloer daverde er zelfs van, en er stond een bijkomende mobiele airco met slang door het raam naast ons bed
Location. We had a great view of some fireworks from our room. The room was very clean. The free breakfast was great!
Nothing
The room was clean and the breakfast was appropriate. The room is nicely decorated.
The room had a provisional air conditioner installed (seemingly as permanent). Due to this the window could not be opened but all the noise from outside (main street) came in (was woken up every 1-2 hours by loud music cars etc). The receptionist in the evening was efficient but unpleasant (speaking to us no eye contact continues looking at her things, when asked for a restaurant recommendation just handed out a copy of two papers no comment, etc). In the morning this was better.
It’s a very successful, reworking of an industrial building. I love the art scene. Very interesting menu at the restaurant.
Coming from downtown Lancaster it was hard to find the parking area. There should be a clearer sign.
Vintage, artistic and cozy.
It's originally Kool stuff and a wonderful staff that made staying there was incredible! It was the that just took me to another place of the day's peace.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, loved the artwork everywhere, good location
Everything,
Nothing not yo like
The entire staff was outstanding! I selected this hotel for the atmosphere, and I was not disappointed. The sketch book in my room was an unexpected pleasure. Great value!
The staff went well beyond expectations. We went to celebrate my mom’s retirement by traveling on an Amtrak train from New Orleans to Pennsylvania. Once we were in Lancaster we chose this lovely hotel for our stay. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects. My aunt has stage 4 cancer and had many issues, but they didn’t mind going the extra mile to help us. The manager stayed in touch with us daily to make sure we were all okay and enjoying our stay. She even left a few goodie bags in our hotel for choosing to stay there. Everyone was so helpful with advice and all so friendly. I wish all hotel staff were this amazing. I travel a lot for our business, and in all my years of stays (which are usually 2-5 day stays), I’ve never met a staff that were so friendly, helpful, and amazing as this crew. The owner should be very proud to have such an awesome staff! That includes the maids, helpers, desk clerk, manager, as well as the restaurant and bar staff. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling through and need a place to stay for the night or even the week. It’s worth the money and the people are awesome!
The parking garage is kind of closed in and isn’t a place to wonder alone especially at night. I myself didn’t have any issues, it’s just as all females it made me feel uncomfortable. But me and my sister went together as a pair to load our luggage and then we drove to the front to pick up my mom and aunt. Just for safety reasons. But overall we didn’t have any issues. I just would recommend a double up when going to the car and coming from it if you’re a lady. Otherwise, I really have no complaints.
1. How close it was to town.
2. Breakfast included.
3. Restaurant was excellent!
4. Clean.
1. Hard to find dinner on a Monday.
2. Front desk directions to places weren't always clear.
3. Parking was confusing.
4. Slight sewage smell, intermittent.
The robes are nice. However they need to order plus sized robes. The robes fit a small thru large
Great Spot to stay in the area.
Friendly service. Wonderful hotel bar and restaurant.
Downtown Lancaster is a mini Philadelphia. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in the area.
The rooms are clean and well done. Loved all the art decorating the walls.
We will definitely stay again!
