The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Location is exceptional for walking into the centre and there is a car park next door
The general appearance of the building made it look tired and poorly maintained. Reception toilets were dirty and floors slippery. The room’s bath taps didn’t work and the shower head for the bath leaked and wouldn’t come out. The beds were tilted and wobbly. Lifts were rattling.

Prime location, easy access to places of interest. Lovely hotel and great staff.
Cooked Breakfast was great, couldn't fault it. The lunch menu had variety. Mocktails are to die for, overall dining experience was fantastic.
The shower / wet room and toilet combo is a no no...
It was difficult to flush the toilet, needs real power to press down the flush mechanism...
Room wasn't cleaned until they were asked to clean the room...
Pillows weren't great, had stiff neck whilst there, had to use hot water to massage my neck, still suffering from the after effect
The location was a bit further out than other hotels I had viewed but it was worth it if you wanted to get away from the hussle & bussle of the city centre. It was great weather which helped & was only a 15minute walk to the centre. It was a lovely location by the waters edge. The local staff were friendly chatting & recommending places to go to. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary & they gave us a complimentary drink which was nice..
We stayed on a weekend that the football was on (we weren't going to the match) so the price was double (the case with all the hotels) which I think is very unfair.
It was good our hotel included breakfast though that others didn't & it was flexible.
Someone had said in reviews the rooms needed an update which was true. The wardrobe was very rickety, bits of wood coming off. The leather sofa was worse for wear. I didn't even sit on it. The carpet was a bit done in. The bathroom mirror frame needed painted, Looked worn in parts. The windows wouldn't open so couldn't get any fresh air into the room. For £350 a night I definitely would expect better.
Fabulous room with a great view of the dock. Incredible shower! And the staff were all really friendly.
The carpark next door heading is shutters down, which confused us! And £24 is steep.....
Always stay here for an over night drinks in Liverpool as its very clean and the staff are really friendly. The cozy vibe and atmosphere is perfect.

Lovely hotel great location - our shower didn’t work and they changed our room instantly and for the inconvenience gave us some drink vouchers and free breakfast the next day - from someone who works in customer service I can not fault how this was dealt with
