Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Gut gelegenes Boutiquehotel
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Parkhaus gleich nebenan.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Abfluss im Lavabo war verstopft, die Zimmertür liess sich mehrmals nicht richtig schliessen und das Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, die Mängel sofort zu beheben. Das gelang leider nur teilweise. Wir bezahlten für einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus 24£ pro Tag. Das Hotel gibt keinen Discount. Für diesen Zimmerpreis nicht üblich. Noch nie so erlebt.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location by Princes Dock.
Modern and well designed. The bar and bar food were excellent.
Club room was fabulous.

Cons:

All good.

A good hotel in great location.
Pros:

Good comfortable hotel with generous sized rooms (Club Deluxe). Staff made us feel welcome. Great location for Waterfront. Restaurant on ground floor served very good breakfast and we were delighted to find decaff coffee in the bean to cup machine.

Cons:

The toilet Iin our room was tricky to flush and a notice instructing to push and hold both buttons would suggest this is an option going problem.
The restaurant was fine for an evening meal but the choice was limited and although the staff were friendly there was nothing extra special about it.

Alles in allem war es ein super schöner Aufenthalt und das Hotel war zentral gelegen.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer waren sehr ruhig.
Tolles und ausreichendes Frühstück!

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging leider in einem Zimmer nicht auszuschalten.
Klobürste (Toilet brush) war in keinem der beiden Zimmer vorhanden.
Dusche tropfte (ging nicht abzustellen)

Perfect place to stay in Liverpool!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and such friendly staff in an amazing location. Beds were super comfy and very quiet. Lovely bar area.

Cons:

The cost of the car park next door was quite expensive and no discount from hotel is available.
