The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Not enough staff available at desk or bar
Our deluxe room had awful noisy draft at the door. It was cold and whistled
All great with bonus free cocktails and amazingly helpful staff all round. Bar atmosphere was brilliant and lovely restaurant

Breakfast, service was poor and the cooked option was cold when it came out & was clear it had all been hot held, rather than cooked to order. We expected better. Once we were sat, we had to wait 10 minutes for our order to be taken & could see orders being taken from guests who sat way after us! We had to call a staff member over.
Staff were polite and helpful.
The rooms were tired , paint , wallpaper, woodwork chipped . The tea and coffee making facilities very basic for the star rating of hotel and the price we paid. I have stayed all over the world in many hotels , very poor .
Cocktails, Dinner and Breakfast were great.
The Bathroom of room 510 smelled like a sewer, or as the maintenance man said Cats P*ss. They said that they would send a House keeper to put something down the shower waste, but no one showed. I told reception when we checked out and there was no apology. The waste of the sink was blocked and they tried to unblock it and said it was fixed but it wasn't.
Hotel is right on the historic waterfront at Liverpool, and a short walk to shopping and city centre. Malmaison is nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel parking is the NCP next door, which is secure/fine, but pricey for a night
Lovely warm welcome especially with the fire pit in entrance. Room was very comfortable, one slight issue, the lighting was very dim in bathroom for ladies who want to do makeup and hair etc.
