The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.

Hand eye coordination require in lift to press room key on sensor and press floor needed was very difficult

Shower horrendous. Looked good but either produced scalding hot water or ice cold; controls impossible
Clean and comfy location was great.
The shower was dripping water all night& there was a damp square patch above the bed .
Room was nice and staff friendly. Free pina colada/drink on arrival.
They messaged us about an upgrade for a low cost and this was confirmed. They accepted but did not honour the agreement. Very disappointing.

Had a problem with the TV, we were only staying the one night and they couldn't fix it or move us so offered us a free drink. However we weren't staying in the hotel for food etc so we didn't benefit from it at all.

The toilet is in the shower room and the shower floor tiles are so dirty you think twice about having a shower.
