Pros:

All satisfactory in the room

Cons:

Elevator would not come when called to the third floor. I waited more than 10 minutes. Others staying on the third floor told me the elevator never came to the third floor. Staff said the elevator was slow. Waiting for more than 10 minutes for an elevator to come to the third floor in a three-story building is not reasonable.

The fact that I booked two nights and got to the hotel and found out I had only 1 night. When I called to book the entire weekend.

Very disappointing hotel stay
Pros:

The hotel felt safe and secure.They had good parking spots, walmart is just walking distance and many cute cafes and restaurants closeby.Staff was helpful with refilling missing items and provided a solution for a wifi.

Cons:

There was trash in the ice container in the room, there was hair all over the shower curtain, empty bottle of body soap, and the 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes. No coffee for breakfast was a bummer. Wifi did not work. Had to connect to staff wifi, the window curtain was ripped at the bottom and hanging off. No closet, safety box, and towel hanger
in the bathroom was missing and just screw holes. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotted wood.

Very nice!!!
Pros:

Facilities were very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. I really loved the location.

Cons:

I was in the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working properly to go down. I had to walk down the stairs. I’m a senior citizen. It worked to go up just not going down from the 3rd floor.

I would not stay here again when visiting Indianapolis
Pros:

The rooms were clean and updated.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all, and there was what I am assuming was sausage gravy in a regular bowl for people with no sign as to what it was and no warmer to keep it warm.
