Pros:

Propre, silencieux, très bel emplacement, service rapide a l' arrivée

Cons:

Au déjeuner, les saucisses était pas assez cuite et les œufs un peu froid. Je pense que employés avait oublié d'allumer le réchaud.

Pros:

Bel accueil. Lieu et chambre très propre. Salle à manger avec vue sur le fleuve lorsque nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner. Très près de la chute Montmorency et de la gare du train de Charlevoix (moins de 5 min).

Relaxing, peaceful, and clean!
Pros:

Staff very friendly. It was a challenging trip as I was visiting family members who are unwell. The friendliness of the staff, their smiles really helped me. It made a difference for me.
Just a stone throw away from the Montmorency Falls, a place I really like! Gas station close too.

Cons:

Zeer tevreden voor een tussenstop!!
Pros:

Gratis upgrade kamer, ruime badkamer en douche.
Uitzicht op de rivier en Ile d’Orléans!
Vriendelijke ontvangst.
Handige ligging voor tussenstop hotel.

Cons:

Druk bij het ontbijt. Aanbod ontbijt eerder beperkt en weinig smakelijk.

Pros:

Personnel, accueillant, jambe, spacieuse, grande salle de bain et les serviettes propres. Les oreillers sont confortables le matelas aussi. Bien situé pas loin de Vieux. Québec est à côté de chutes Montmorency.

Cons:

Les gens qui arrivent ne respectent pas le silence, parlent fort à voix haute donc lorsqu’on veut se coucher tôt, difficile de dormir, on a l’impression que les gens marchent dans notre chambre. On était au premier étage, beaucoup de mouvements à cet endroit-là.

Although located between highway and the river very quite room with great view to the river. Only ~2km away from the waterfall. Friendly staff (they prepared the room and let us in although we were ~2 hours too early). Standard breakfast with all you expect.
