Cons:

The staff didn’t even read the message I left on booking.com chatbox. And forgot to have everything prepared for the sofa bed. What’s point of additional charge on this for no service provided? I had to do the bed sheets and everything by myself unfortunately. This is not cool, zero score on the reception lady.

Хорошее расположение ,грязновато .Проходной двор,куча групп столпотворение.Очень затертый отель ,сильно перегруженный.

Cons:

Грязно.Не успевают убирать.Бассейн вообще катастрофа .Куча детей и взрослых со всего мира любого цвета кожи которые перепрыгиваю значок не прыгать в бассейне и на это все смотрит спасатель отеля,грязно.
