Very average
Pros:

It was an underwhelming experience. The rooms were small, under equipped and not worth the price that we paid. The hotel on the whole looks like it's past it's prime. The staff were acxomodative and changed our rooms on request.

The airport pickup shuttle is a bit of a hit and miss. We had to wait for about 45 minutes before we got picked up.

Location is perfect

Cons:

My room was changed. Old room had electricity problems. Bed lights were not operational. No moisturiser in wash room. Bed was dirty.

New room bed lights weren't operational. Small things but very dysfunctional hotel overall. Bed dirty. Glasses with marks. Window curtains falling.

Not Novotel class!!

Food was pathetic. Chef was rude. 35 Euro steak was horrible. Like a gum. Unbelievable how horrid the attitude at the restaurant was!!

היה לנו טיול מדהים של שבועיים באיטליה, המלון הזה היה היחיד שהשאיר אותנו בתחושה חמוצה
Pros:

החדר לא היה ערוך לפי מספר האנשים שהיינו, ביקשנו 2חדרים צמודים שקיבלנו חדרים בקומות שונות. היו פיסות של פיצה ישנה זרוקים מתחת למיטה ונראה שלא ניקו את החדר. הבריכה נפתחת רק בשעה 11 בבוקר. אין מכונת אספרסו בחדרים, המלון היחיד באיטליה שנתקלנו בסיטואציה הזו.

Cons:

방에 피자 조각이 일부 떨어졌는데 개미가 너무 많이 몰려들었어요. 바닥이 카펫이라 좀 찝찝했어요.
