Great breakfast but hotel a bit outdated.
Pros:

We booked a quad room with a sofa bed as we are a family of four with two children aged 12 and 14. However, the sofa bed was unusually small compared to standard hotels—more suitable for one person than two. To make matters worse, the wooden slats under the mattress were broken, causing it to sink so much that it was impossible for two people to sleep on it and no-one could come and repair it as it was past 9pm.

When I complained, their initial solution was to offer a second room only if I paid extra which seemed totally unfair. Eventually, a staff member came to inspect the room, acknowledged how uncomfortable the sofa bed was, and kindly provided an additional room at no extra charge.

However, I must also agree with some of the comments below: the air conditioning wasn't very cold even on its maximum setting, and the bathroom felt a bit outdated (again, compared to other Novotel hotels we've been to).

On the bright side, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, which helped make up for it a little.

מלון נקי, חדרים גדולים.
יש גם חדרים עם דלת משותפת.

Terrible - AC non existent in room
Pros:

If I could give the room rating a zero I would. My family of 4 might as well have slept in a sauna. The air conditioning wasn’t working at all….no air coming out of the vent in the room. It was 85F outside and we opened the window as much as we could (not very much) and the outside air was cooler than in our room.
When we called to complain they didn’t even have a floor fan for us to use.
Note to management….have floor fans available for this exact situation.
Breakfast wasn’t much better. Eggs tasted like rubber.
Not impressed and thank goodness we only had to stay 1 night before our flight.

Avoid, rude staff, tired rooms
Pros:

Airport transfer now 5 euro pp, however driver was rude and turns out didn't work for the hotel so couldn't be given a receipt for our journey of 6 people as he had left before we checked in. He was rude, as was the receptionist Evelin. When asked for a receipt shrugged her shoulders and said, what do you want me to do. Also taxi on way back to airport cost 45 euro as 'their' driver, although not employed by them, just driving about in a novotel van, wasn't available. On the plus side the taxi driver was the most pleasant person we encountered.
Room was tired,bed cover stained. Evelin had been so rude at checkin and we were so tired I didn't go back to complain, just couldn't wait to leave.
Avoid at all costs. Is not particularly near airport and will cost you more than advertised, significantly more if you're a family
