Places was clean and staff were excellent, because the weather was so hot they even provided cold drinks and lollipops free of charge

I was unable to sleep all night due to high pitched motor noise that could not be fixed during the middle of the night. They moved us to a different room for the second night. Both mornings we had breakfast booked but did not attend. The staff were as good as could be expected but it did spoilt our two night stay.

As expected.
Breakfast ends at 9.30 but at 9.05 lots of items had run out and were not replenished. Grapefruit tasted off (was fizzing!!) so I alerted the staff immediately but they didn’t remove it.
The staff were amazing. Very informative and super friendly.
The bus to town doesn't run a Sunday 😆

The room allocated to me and my husband was smelly. I had to spray with lots of perfume to mask it before I eventually settled in the room.

Location was great, halfway to North Wales on our motorbikes. We arrived late in the evening, and the Bar staff were extra helpful and very kind. Breakfast was delicious, our room was nice and comfortable.
There was no toilet brush in the room. The shower draining system was probably clogged and was very smelly. The cleanliness of the shower, especially at the bottom corners, lots of dirt came out when we had a shower.

Short staffed (I assume) in morning meaning difficult to get table that had been cleared and there were quite a lot of breakfast items unavailable. Shower could have been cleaner. I tried to contact the hotel before the stay with a query and didn’t get a response from various communication methods (booking.com messages, email and phone call)
Staff were exceptionally busy but tried really hard to help customers
The bathroom wasn't very clean and the duvet was disgusting. I always strip my bed when I leave and I have never see such a badly stained duvet. There are no plugs next to the bed to charge a phone so if you want to check your phone/time whilst its charging over night you have to get up and go across the room.
