Sehr schönes und gutes Hotel mit Tradition
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig (Fußgängerzone ohne Partylokale), sehr Nahe an U-Bahn, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, umfangreiches Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Charme eines traditionellen Hotels.

Cons:

Bei dem Preis kann man eigentlich nichts kritisieren. In unserem Zimmer war das WLAN sehr schwach (letztes Zimmer im 4. Stock), ein paar Dinge zeigen altersbedingte kleinere Mängel, etwa ein nicht ganz schließende Duschkabine.

Good hotel in the city center.
Pros:

Very good location in the city center and good service. Tasty breakfasts, especially since there were vegetables and peaches on Sat. & Sunday. Absolutely the best receptionist Elisabetha, who speaks 6 foreign languages, is very knowledgeable and can good advice on what to see and how to best spend time in Sofia. She booked me an attractive trip to Rila Monastir. Thank you very much Elisabetha !! I wish you all the best and regards from Poland, Krzysztof

La posizione, in isola pedonale a pochi metri dal centro storico, dalla metro e dal tram. La struttura accogliente, il personale cordiale, con un turno con l'addetta alla reception che parla l'italiano. Cambio frequente delle tovaglie. Ampia camera. Buona colazione. Disponibili a favorirci il deposito bagagli.

Cons:

Assenza di condionatore. Scarsa illuminazione nello specchio bagno. Box doccia fatiscente.
