Good location and quiet surroundings. Excellent breakfast spread.

Cons:

TV never worked and locked into a single channel, Sun TV. Not sure if it was a political statement :)

Pros:

Everything was beautiful. The staff accommodated warmly my extra need for ordering special medication by getting in touch with local pharmacies and having the medicine ordered and delivered straight to the hotel. Rooms and all common spaces were neat and looked after. All staff were kind and keen to be of service. Breakfast was delectable, very fresh and with unique taste twists. Very nice stay, I would choose to stay again

Location and courtesy of all staff - valet, reception, maintenance, service.

Cons:

Room was fusty and dusty expecialy the top of the cupboard with kettle. Washroom amenities were provided for 1 person although booking was for two persons. Breakfast filter coffee was served cold twice!

Good location, good food but feels a bit dated. There are more modern hotels nearby e.g. Pullman.
Pros:

Good location, about 25 mins from Chennai airport. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant food (Colony cafe, and Chap chay) were very good quality.

Cons:

Sometimes there wasn’t anyone at the front of the restaurants to help get you a table which meant waiting longer than expected.
The room we stayed in was quite dated and need of refurbishment. The bathroom had areas of grout, and places like the shower door seal and back of the bathroom sink was mouldy from long term use.
The pool at the top of the hotel looks nice, but is fully exposed to the blistering heat. Maybe install a roof over part of the pool so customers can use it and stay shaded.
