Cons:

Das Hotel muss renoviert werden, alles ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Zimmer. Das preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht!

Lage und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Frühstücksangebot war im Vergleich zu vorherigen Besuchen sehr ausgedünnt und den Preis definitiv nicht mehr wert. Man musste schon aktiv fragen, ob nachgelegt werden konnte.

Trotz mangelnder Trennwand zum BZ, wir würden es wieder wählen.
Pros:

aufmerksames Personal, geräumiges sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, zentrale Lage.
Es war eine Messe und hatte viele Geschäftsleute. Wahrscheinlich für Familien weniger geeignet....würde ich mal annehmen...

Cons:

Leider bürgert es sich in den Hotels mehr und mehr ein, dass zum Badezimmer mit Dusche, Lavabos (hier Doppellavabo) keine Trennwand mehr ist. WC war wenigstens separat. Macht das Zimmer wohl grösser, kann den Bettnachbarn jedoch und je nachdem etwas stören, vor allem wenn man nachts auf muss (Licht, Wasserlauf, Dampf...).

Im Grossen und Ganzen wieder ein toller Aufenthalt,
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach top alles ist zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar.
Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl, Personal dort sehr aufmerksam und freundlich

Das Zimmer war ruhig, leider hat nach der Auffüllung /Reinemachen des Zimmers immer wieder etwas (z.B.) Badteppich oder ähnliches) gefehlt.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt und Hafenbereich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Uns waren 30 € für ein frühstück doch etwas Zuviel des Guten.

Super Tage in einer super Stadt.
Pros:

Super Lage. Ruhig, gleich um die Ecke der Michel.

Cons:

Teppich in die Jahre gekommen. Duschstange ist am oberen Ende nicht in der Halterung. Sollte repariert werden.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, die Ausstattung prima.Das Hotel liegt gut, so dass man zu Fuß einige Sehenswürdigkeiten ablaufen kann. Mit der S- oder U-Bahn ist Hamburg sowieso super zu erkunden, wenn man die Hamburg-Card hat.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr "kurz angebunden" was bedeuted, dass man sich abgefertigt gefühlt hat.
In der Coktail-Bar sollte das Personal nicht ins "Du" verfallen um damit eine nicht vorhandene Vertrautheit zu erwecken.
