Es war prima. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Betten waren super, die Lage ist für unsere Zwecke TOP.

Cons:

Die Verkehrslage in der Innenstadt von Hamburg ist z.Z. eine Riesenkatastrophe, aber dafür kann das Hotel beim besten Willen nichts. Die Kosten für die Garage und einen kleinen Hund fanden wir überzogen, daher haben wir beides auswärts untergebracht.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub in perfekter Umgebung
Pros:

Die perfekte Lage in umittelbarer Nähe zum Michel, zum Hafen, Altstadt und Einkaufsmeile, die einfach erreichbare Tiefgarage, das äusserst freundliche Personal und das sehr saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Der grosse Frühstücksraum war leider immer voll und sehr laut, wodurch die Atmosphäre wenig gemütlich war

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations.
We were able to check in a few hours ahead, free of charge.
The room had a balcony and was very spacious. The bathroom had an open concept and had a lot of storage areas. We had a simple hair dryer available at the room, but we could also request more hair tools at the reception.
All staff was very friendly and polite, from desk service to the breakfast as well. We requested vegan and gluten-free options, which were quickly provided by the staff.
Underground parking was available for 30 euros a day.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking.
The shower could not be fixed in place and the water took a while to heat properly.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Anbindung.
Pros:

Tiefgarage am Hotel vorhanden. Sicher parken. Zum Michel sind es nur ein par Gehminuten. In Hotelnähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle sowie eine Haltestelle für den Hop-off-on Bus. Sehr schöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war gut und das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Unternehmung zum Michel. Das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht am Morgen.

Wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Lage sonst top.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht dem Zimmerpreis der augerufen wird. Wir werden uns nächstemal für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. 30 Euro parken pro Tag ist auch nicht ohne!

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht mehr sehr modern und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch ich finde die großen Zimmer machen das wett. Betten sind sehr bequem und ich habe mich echt wohl gefühlt. Positiv ist auch die Möglichkeit in der direkten Tiefgarage zu parken.

Die Lage und das aufmerksame Personal

Cons:

Keinen Sekt mehr am Sonntagsfrühstück, keine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine mehr auf dem Zimmer (ich hatte extra 2 Stangen von zuhause dabei). Es ist mittlerweile leider alles nur noch Standart.
