Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ein toller Aufenthalt, der nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Frühstück: sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Trotz vieler Gäste wurde alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt.
Zimmer: sehr geräumig, gut und praktisch aufgeteilt und sehr sauber
Wellness: sehr schön; toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse

Cons:

Die Anbindung zu U-/S-Bahn ist nicht optimal. Bis zur nächsten Station läuft man 10 bis 15 Min. Wenn man Gepäck dabei hat, ist das schon ein ordentliches Stück.

Pros:

Pæne lyse værelser og rigtig god morgenmad

Cons:

Man blev tilbudt en gratis drink i baren, hvis man annulerede rengøring den følgende dag…. Det var dog ikke en “drink” man kunne vælge, men blot en kop kaffe, sodavand, en øl eller et glas vin…!!!! En drink er i mine øjne f.eks en Gin og Tonic…

Schönes und gepflegtes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage von Hamburg
Pros:

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig in einer angenehmen Umgebung. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Michel und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg zu erkunden. Zu den Landungsbrücken ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig mit großer Auswahl. Die Atmosphäre im Haus war sehr angenehm, dass Personal freundlich und professionell.

Perfektes, super frisches Frühstück. Sehr leckeres, frisch gebackenes Brot. Riesige Auswahl, es fehlte an nichts.

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal dürfte jedoch gerne etwas freundlicher sein.

Alles sehr gut; darf man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten;
Pros:

Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit;
Ein defekter TV wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.
Grosses Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung;
Super Lage; alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar (15-20 Min.).

Cons:

De Preis für das Frühstück war schon happig;
Wir bevorzugen einfach ein Frühstück im Haus und es war auch sehr gut aber knapp 30,— € ist zu viel.
