Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es el personas, es MARAVILLOSO. Todos muy atentos y sonrientes. Se respira muy buen ambiente de trabajo. Enhorabuena al responsable de RRHH!

Tranquilo y comunicado.
Pros:

Buscaba un hotel a las afueras de Madrid para poder desplazarme por la comarca sin el lio de la capital. Aún y asi, hay una estacion de tren a 10 minutos andando que en media hora te deja en Atocha. Excelente. Y si buacas tranquilidad, está en un parque empresarial sin ruidos y poco trafico.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustara. Lo vi todo correcto.

Muy bien... aunque
Cons:

Pedí cena para mí madre y el precio era desorbitado teniendo en cuenta que era un puré y un sándwich sin más (25€). El servicio de habitaciones también es excesivo. Lo hice por necesidad pero no lo recomiendo.

Genial, pese a la almohada.
Pros:

Desayuno y el personal, súper amable. La habitación estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Esto depende de cada persona, pero para mí, lo peor sin duda la almohada. Hay dos por cama, que una es insuficiente, las dos juntas ya es incómodo. Además, parecen más cojines, que almohada.

Pros:

El personal lo que más, tanto de recepción como de cafetería. Son increíbles. La recepción y la cafetería me gustan mucho y la ubicación desde luego.

Mejoraría las cortinas y los enchufes
