"For parking, the hotel is attached to a city-owned garage similar to other hotels in downtown Boise. Our guests receive a discounted rate per night based on the daily rate through the garage (currently, $15 per night but is subject to change). After check-in, room keys provide in and out access throughout the stay. The garage is on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor of the building with hotel elevator access on each level. "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel is new, safe, clean and attractive. But parking? Nope.
Pros:

Cleaning staff was attentive and efficient. Front desk people were courteous and helpful. Breakfast staff did a good job.

Cons:

Parking in the attached city-owned parking garage is a freaking nightmare! Perpendicular parking stalls are hard as hell to get into and out of and the cost ($25/day) is ridiculous to charge hotel guests. This alone would keep me from coming back.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The property was close to Boise Crntre where our convention was being held. Close enough to walk all week to meals. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel manager reprimanded a staff member at the front desk in front of paying guest. I feel so bad for the staff member. He was being so mean toward her on Saturday 7/18 around noon. I could not believe my ears when I heard him representing her in front of guests.

Pros:

Breakfast was good.
Wireless charger was nice though it needs to be on the night stand.

Cons:

The ambiance in the room was very bland. The there wasn't anything special that made it stand out.

I wish I could of stayed a few days longer.
Pros:

My room was clean and tidy. The size of the room we had was perfect and the mattress was very comfortable.

Cons:

I hate to complain and I don't complain but just to be honest and truthful. The pool was clean and I loved the towels for guests, but I did not like how the pool enclosure felt very humid and warm. Maybe have a huge ceiling fan of some kind. Also the water pressure I wish was alittle harder.

I could not speak with an actual person when I had a request before my stay.

I stayed in a suite and it was just run down and in need of updating. Clean enough but just worn.

Super young kid friendly, close to downtown, but probably wouldn’t stay there again

Pros:

Staff was friendly, the welcome text was a nice touch 👌🏼

Cons:

Again the bed was a titch stiff, but I am one of those people that is only comfy in my own soft bed. So I don't hold the bed firmness against the Hotel in my ratings

And parking was a little tricky
