Pros:

Posizione comoda per la Gare de l'Est, letti abbastanza comodi.

Cons:

Colazione imbarazzante in una stanza minuscola e senza finestre nel seminterrato, varietà pessima e condizioni igieniche allucinanti. Camera molto piccola e non così pulita. Il bagno è minuscolo e da ristrutturare su più cose (lavandino, doccia, porta scorrevole...) e non ha nemmeno una ventola di aerazione. Inoltre il sistema di isolamento acustico tra le varie stanze è assolutamente inesistente...

Es gab kostenlos Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer. An sich erschienen die Zimmer sauber zu sein.

Cons:

Schon beim hereinkommen ins Zimmer kam uns ein unangenehmer Gestank entgegen, der aus dem Badezimmer kam. Es roch nach Abfluss oder Gülle. Die Fenster standen etwas offen, aber der Geruch verschwand nicht, auch am nächsten Tag nicht. Die Fenster haben eine Art integrierte Lüftung, weshalb selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster so viel Lärm durchdringt, als wären sie offen. Und das Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße gewandt, also hatten wir die ganze Nacht Sirenen, Hupen und laute Rufe. Schlaf zu bekommen ist da schwierig. Die Dusche ist wirklich winzig, man kann sich kaum wenden, geschweige denn zum Waschen runterbeugen. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Überhaupt ist alles in diesem Hotel klein und eng, auch die Flure und Treppenaufgänge.

Super Unterkunft und wunderbarer Lage.
Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war zu allen Zeiten sehr freundlich. Die Lage war super. Bahnhof Est in zwei Minuten zu Fuß und Bahnhof Nord in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten so schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Kein Mülleimer im Zimmer. Nur ein ganz kleiner im Badezimmer. Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen.

It was fine. The next hotel we checked into was so much better.
Pros:

Certain staff tried very hard to make us happy. I needed distilled water which I could not find in stores. The overnight guy brought a bottle of it the next day. This was beyond the call of duty with kindness.

Cons:

1. We arrived three hours early. Jet lagged. We really wanted an early check-in but we were refused. Not even ten minutes early. This put a damper on our stay.
2. I didn’t read the fine print. I thought the breakfast was included but it was not. It was on the expensive side.
