Hotel room,public spaces,were very nice,but the parking was not. Patrick at the front desk helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was good,but out of orange juice,server said they were out the day before as well. Room decor,cleanliness,all good.

Cons:

The parking was the major problem,on checking there were no usable spaces,we were told we could park a block away at another sister hotel,it was actually a half mile away,manager said they allow guests to stay in the garage after check out to go the beach therefore taking spots of guests checking in not a great policy when spaces are so limited. Staff did credit our parking fees which was a nice gesture,maybe go to valet parking?

Hoping changes will be made so I want to return
Pros:

Limited menu for all meals was disappointing. Charging for parking at a 5 star hotel unacceptable.

Cons:

Expand the menu; don't charge for parking; add a chair in the room; offer lite fare - don't call it lite fare and just have the same menu.

Clean, Comfortable, but there were issues
Pros:

- comfortable beds
- Friendly staff
- Very clean upon checkin
- Rooftop deck was really nice with a great view and lots of space to relax
- Pool was nice when it was open

- They don’t rent out beach towels like other hotels
- No shave shelf in the shower
- House keeping missed our room one day so we ran out of towels
- Every time we needed toilet paper, we had to ask the front desk for it because house keeping wasn’t leaving a new roll
- The pool was closed for two full days of our stay due to them finding broken glass in it. I agree it should’ve been closed but there was no discount for those two days especially since we would’ve used it while it rained outside
- Laundry room had one washer and one dryer for guests. While it’s nice they have it, there’s a lot of rooms at the hotel and they should consider having more as they were often being used
- The parking is abysmal. The spaces are super tight (like you can’t open your doors to get out after you’ve parked) and it’s very challenging to get in and out
- You have to pay $10 a day for parking. When you’re already paying a high cost per night, the extra $10 is annoying and big vehicles (think Ford F150 or Suburbans) don’t fit in the parking spaces
- 1/3 mile from the beach (I knew this when I booked but it’s a lot in actuality compared to just looking at a map)
