Hot tub was actually hot, beds were comfortable
Shower didn’t drain properly, cable didn’t work the next morning, heat in the room is capped, I prefer it warm. Breakfast was meh.
1-It was close to my son
2- housekeeping staff were friendly
1- rude lady at the front desk at check-in. She really lacked a personality
2-the short toilet with a seat that shifts
3-the electrical outlets between beds will not support two prong charging cords. They plug in very loose so I had to plug them into the lamp across the room beside the tv
4-free breakfast was very underwhelming
5-room was spot painted which was very noticeable
6- no pen or pad to write on and no info about the surrounding area
Overall the facility is not worth the stay.
Friendly staff comfortable beds
It’s a lovely spot, but I found the breakfast is not as good. Plastic cutlery, ran out of milk for tea and cereal. Breakfast was very plain. I remember when the scrambled eggs would have a little red or yellow pepper, and always hot and fresh batch kept being added.
Not much variety in the yogurt and no muffins or pastries.
It was fine, but wasn’t like previous years, or other locations I’ve been to.
It was fine. But perhaps visitors could be directed to a nice sitting area outside? A smoking area as well (I don’t smoke). The smokers are sitting at the front door as you come in. I didn’t see how to get to the back where the green space looked lovely from my room.

It wasn't good
The room smelled like wet dog. The shower was dirty, the carpet was musty and the sheets were dirty. The value of the room did not match the price I paid for.

If you want to actually sleep do not stay here. Unless you find sleeping on concrete, or an MRI machine relaxing. The absolute most horrible mattresses I've ever experienced -- I had better beds in Cuba.

Very pleasant, room was clean, great tv channel selection, water pressure and temperature was awesome, bed and pillows were comfortable.
There was green mildew around the pool edge, you could tell it was maintained as well as the hot tub but the water was cloudly. Not that crystal clear some people are used to.
Although it is not just this hotel, be aware that taxes are essentially more than half the cost of the room! Ridiculous
