Lovely staff. Evelyn was great, responsive, and helpful. Called me by name from the first interraction. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked and cared for. Clean pool and fitness center stocked with towels. We visited during the FIFA World Cup, and the lobby and breakfast area was decorated for it. Even the waffle maker made soccer shapped waffles. There was a special event / Wednesday dinner they were holding and insited we joined, which was very nice. They gave out little presents to kids.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back in the near future.

No pressure shower but I checked into a disable room because we arrived early, so that’s probably why the shower pressure was low.

An excellent, comfortable stay with great service—I’d happily return.
Pros:

I loved everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of—I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t love was the pillows—they were a bit too soft for my preference. Other than that, everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

Parking was a pain. Fought ants in our room.

The front desk clerk was the one bright spot.

Cons:

Super small parking lot. The first 2 days there, half of the parking lot was blocked off for a “photo shoot”. When we arrived the first night, there weren’t any parking spots left. The desk clerk moved her car and let us have her spot.
