Locatie, we hadden doorgegeven dat de tv niet meer zo een mooi beeld had alles was blauw van kleur en kregen direct een nieuwe.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Location was great

The location is near the mall which I found extremely convenient.

This hotel is nice. The location has lots of restaurants and is near shopping and entertainment. The hotel has great staff who are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on site that has a great menu and reasonable prices. Nice amenities. Plenty of parking.

Our only complaints are:
We stayed in room 318. The bed was like sleeping in a sleeping bag on hard cement! We had a pillow that was so flat you could roll up and put in the trash can! This really caused bad neck and back pain. The duvet cover slid off the bed and was very uncomfortable to use when sleeping. The ironing board pad was dirty and the remote had no backing to hold the batteries in. The room also smelled like dog. We are not dog owners. The day we left, someone’s dog pooped in the elevator which was spread across the hotel lobby! Not the hotels fault but they had to be made aware to clean it up. Don’t know if the 3rd floor is designated floor for pets but just to let others know in case they are assigned that floor.

Overall great place though. Just some minor tweaks!

This review could have easily been a 5 Star. However, the atrocious attitude and disposition of Vee at breakfast almost trumped the immaculately cleaned room. We'll elect staying downtown oppose to waking up enduring vile staff personalities.
At least Margaret the night time bartender was kind and courteous to us.

T'Varius at check in last evening at 7:30 pm was very professional, kind, welcoming and cordial at check in. Thanks for such a pleasing personality at the desk after a grueling day of travel.
Barbara/Beverly at 1pm showed great compassion and attentiveness as I returned to my suite late night. Thanks for having an amazing staff. ...

Courtney was AMAZING! She made our stay 1000x better. She was welcoming and friendly. She is an amazing asset to the team. Our room was nice and clean.

Pool, bed, quiet room, staff helped me find where going for business.

No towels

Excellent room very comfortable and large. Excellent breakfast, everything hot and fresh. You can have them make your eggs in front of you and get hot waffles. I was very pleased with the breakfast.

We were here for my husband MLF Phoenix All American Bass tournament from May 24-31st. We found this hotel from MLF and after a rough start to our week we were so HAPPY to have found this hotel. They were hosting the conference for the event we were at so everything was so simple. We had a beautiful room and just go down stairs to the event. The hotel was beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was not included but was available at a fee. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and it was large, my husband and myself fit in it 😁. Hotel was in a nice area with dining and shopping within walking distance. Checking was so easy as well as check out. We ordered pizza right to the room! Large in room mirror, small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, cable TV, our room had a sofa bed couch with a king bed. Room was large. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Columbia, SC.

Good location in Harbison area. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful; she listened to us and promptly addressed our concerns when we had a minor issue with the room.
