Tolles Apartment für 5 Leute in der Nähe der Freizeitparks!
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal um in 15 Minuten ins Universal Studio als auch ins Walt Disney Resort zu kommen.
Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ok, Wohnung war schon älter aber sehr sauber.
Wir hatten zwei Badezimmer und 3 Schlafzimmer. Eine Küche mit Wohnzimmer.
Es gab auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Gratis Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre.
Für einen Aufenthalt von bis zu 4 Tagen, wenn man die Parks nutzt, ist es die ideale Unterkunft.
Kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Cons:

Leider war der Mitarbeiter bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich. Offensichtlich hatten wir ihn bei seiner Pause gestört.

It was OK, but don’t know if we will stay there again because of things already mentioned.
Pros:

It was quiet and peaceful, tidy and well kept. We had events at the convention center so the location was perfect with only a seven minute drive.

Cons:

The apartment appeared very clean when we got there. However, when we were walking on the floor barefoot right before going to bed, it felt like the floor has some kind of film to it that was sticking to out feet, and when we checked our feet after they were almost black from dirt or whatever was on that floor. Trying to tell three kids they could not take their shoes off for four days was not easy.
The evening before we were leaving, we were watching TV in the living room when we all of a sudden smelled a very strong smell and of sulphur. After investigating, we figured it came from the drain in the kitchen. We had barely used the kitchen during our stay, but had done some dishes that day.

It was good, but could be better. Location was great. We enjoyed the pool
Pros:

We had no internet for 4 days, so could not watch TV as it was internet based and used up.a lot of our own data and international costs from our mobile carrier. We did call every day about this. Modem had to be completely replaced

Cons:

The bed in the one room desperately needed a new mattress. It was completely sunk in as was the couches

Overall a great resort, would definitely book again if in the area.
Pros:

Very clean, no bugs anywhere inside, the heated pool was nice, down the street from Universal Parks, every possible kitchen amenity you could think of was included. Pool towels provided in addition to extra towels. No noise overhead at all from neighbors. Nice areas to walk around and grocery/food options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and sent maintenance out for a concern within 15 minutes.

Cons:

Would have appreciated extra blankets and I wish you could actually park in the garage.

We enjoy staying at Vista K every year
Pros:

It was close to the convention center and also close to the Parks just a short Uber ride anywhere we needed to go

Cons:

I didn’t think there was enough paper towels, toilet paper in the apartment for a full week with six people. I also did not have any coffee filters for the coffee pot.

Needs better cleaning staff for the rooms.

The property was nice looking and nice.

Cons:

The sheets and pillowcases were all dirty with spots. Should have changed the linen and made sure the dishes was clean. The couch was nasty with dirty stains all over it.

Horrible accommodations
Pros:

We walked into a room that was dirty. After checking the bedrooms, we found that the slats on two of the beds were broken and out of place. The couch covers over half of the sliding glass door to the balcony. The balcony furniture is cheap. It may be close to Epic but it’s not worth staying at just to save time driving in the morning.

Family trip March
Pros:

Stayed for 10 days with our family, Realy enjoyed it. Have stayed here before and the new pool upgrades are a game changer. Perfect for kids.

Four weeks to short.
Pros:

We have stayed here several times, it is not a four seasons resort. It is a resort for families, its location is excellent for parks, supermarkets, both Walmart and Publix. The complex is not brand new, they have done lots of work onsite areas. Both pool areas, have been regenerated, making the stay excellent. People have mentioned bugs, in Florida’s there are bugs, that’s one thing you can be sure of it’s not a Vista Cay thing, it Florida! I have used, sprays, bait traps they all work but need replenishing, re-spraying. The staff are great, always helpful and supportive, we just love Vista Cay, we were there for 4 weeks last October, could have stayed for four more. Don’t like leaving, always feels like home to us.
