Stayed a couple of times now. We returned for the 2nd time because the rooms are very clean and spacious. Also the beds are big and comfortable enabling a quality nights sleep 😴

The picture makes it look more grand than it actually is, location is a bit grim and the rain didn’t help. Tired in places (carpets, wall and door frames scuffed)

Great stay! Was pleasantly surprised about the restaurant with phenomenal views upstairs. Rooms were in excellent condition, well maintained, clean, comfortable. excellent aircon during the heatwave. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff attitudes, not professional, duvet old and stained housekeeper did change it when asked. Extractor fan not working in bathroom and shower gel empty, breakfast poor, slow to replenish and some bacon uncooked
6th floor and the view, long, big windows, Dove soap and shampoo, choice of pineapple, cranberry, apple and orange juice at breakfast

Location is very good just off M6 on a business park. Bed was expetionally comfortable. Staff were lovely - another vote for Liam on reception. The views are fantastic and the room very spacious. It was spotless.
It looks in need of a refurbishment. Our bathroom door appeared to have had the lock removed with a crowbar. They were doing work on the kitchen so the menu was limited, however the food available was good.
The disabled room was just off the lift. Plenty of free parking. Good location. Ev charging nearby. The sky bar provided a wonderful view.
The car park was a bit confusing. Wasn’t sure which spaces belonged to hotel
