Overall, this hotel is good and convenient with great services
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent! Location is great. Not far away from Wangfujing shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. They gave me three free drinks and free use the mini bar for being a IHG member. Let me feel I am welcome!

Cons:

The smell of the cigarette through out the air conditioning one night during my stay was the only one thing I didn't like for this hotel. Anyway, a staff brought us an air purifier.

Alles in allem sehr gut!
Pros:

1. Wir haben im Prinzip ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.
2. Das Personal insbesondere „Maria“ war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und groß, allerdings weist die Einrichtung bereits leicht Gebrauchsspuren auf.
Die englischen Sprachfähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter sind ausbaufähig.

Очень вкусный завтрак. Настоятельно рекомендую попробовать "завтрак императрицы".

Cons:

Маленький шкаф для одежды. В ванной комнате только один крючок можно повесить либо полотенце, либо халат. Не работала подсветка на зеркале для макияжа.

Les personnes qui faisait les nettoyage sont très sympathique! L’emplacement est très pratique pour visiter.

Cons:

Les personnes qui travaillent à la réception sont très froid, et les prix que je réserve sur booking n’est pas la même que je paye à la réception, il y a 1000 Yan de différence, il m’a demandé de payer 6200 à la place de 5200 Yan le prix que je réserve sur booking , tax et frais compris! Je ne sais pas pourquoi!

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were good, and they provided plenty of complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The location was also great, just a 10-min walk from Wangfujing. Overall, happy with my stay.

A beautiful stay, I will return.
Pros:

Beautiful, modern hotel — spacious, clean and grand, with good choice of restaurants on site, which is very convenient when you don't feel like going out. Good location — you can easily walk around, and the hotel is within walking distance of the busy shopping street. Large, spacious and comfortable room, with plenty of convenient charging ports. Bathroom is excellent and excellent pressure of water in shower. Good breakfast with a sufficient variety of choices, including live cooking stations.
The hotel has an exceptional team, a quality I value. Yina, the concierge, is truly out of this world. What a legendary concierge! After many years of travelling and staying at hotels around the world, she is by far the best concierge. Her professionalism is exceptional, while at the same time she makes you feel safe, genuinely cared for and completely looked after. You simply enjoy activities that she tailor-made to your preferences, with everything already arranged, booked and reserved within minutes. Zoey was equally exceptional at check-in—professional, warm and welcoming, making the entire process quick, smooth and effortless.

Cons:

The pool is good in size but had a very strong chlorine smell—I found it uncomfortably strong. Unfortunately, the chlorine smell also reaches the gym, which is irritating when you are trying to exercise and need fresh air.
