loved my first saty here . the breakfast spread is rich and wonderful. chef liu makes assorted tasty treats daily at the live station, a big hit with my child. great food and friendly service.

the hotel has very good location and the subway station just nearby the hotel. the room is comfortable so we have a good sleep. the breakfast have a lot of choice and the staff service is warm and friendly.
We’ve been to the brunch a number of times over the last year and it is consistently good.
The food is always the highest standard, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure we have a great time. Fred in particular is very accommodating to ensuring our experience is always fun. Always a big thanks to the whole team. Best brunch in Beijing!
A lovely hotel in a good location. Great swimming pool and lovely staff. At reception Michael was charming and helpful and we loved meeting Fred, the bar manager who made us very welcome.
Breakfast was a real treat and the chef put together really tasty noodle dishes for us.
The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable.
1. i could hear voices from other rooms in my room
2. bellboys were very good, helpful, polite
3. those standing about in the lobby, in their suits...hmmm, they don't even smile...
4. the rooms may be dated, but well kept and maintained
5. breakfast was good! FnB staff were generally good, especially those at lobby cafe

The absolute highlight of The Regent is Yina who is the Senior Conceirge. She went well above and beyond expectations, was always there, whether it was 7am or 11pm, The Conceirge team is propped up by her level of professionalism, her genuine care and commitment to ensuring guests receive local top tips, reservations & guidance She also had a wicked sense of homour which meant we often were laughing out loud at the desk as she helped us. She used her initiative when a delivery was expected and I was blown away by a simple gesture that was so thoughtful and ensured my treasures survived the 24hr journey home safe and sound. Thank you Yina, you made our stay at The Regent and Beijing memorable and we hope to see you again!
Club lounge - would have been great to be able to have some light sandwiches/meal items available at lunch time instead of just non alcoholic drinks.
Amazing stay . A special shout out to chef james super friendly and incredibly fast . He made sure we got our selicious meals without any wait and always with a warm smile. Truly a star.
Breakfast and service were excellent. We especially appreciated Maria, who was very helpful and made a real difference during our stay. We also really liked the bathroom area—the bath itself was very spacious, especially for my height (180 cm).
The room experience was disappointing. The photos shown on the Booking website did not match the actual room we received, and the overall room condition clearly needs renovation. Even after we were moved to another room, it still didn’t reflect the images.
Our breakfast experience was absolutely fantastic . Chef Peter greeted us with great warmth and enthusiasm . He offered professional and wonderful dish suggestions , and all the food the recommended turned out to be incredibly delicious . His friendly and attentive service made our meal unforgettable .
Absolutely loved the hotel breakfast. The selection is incredibly diverse , covering classic continental options and authentic local delicacies . All food is freshly made with wonderful flavors and the beverage choices are plentiful too .
the breakfast is absolutely amazing. there is a rich variety of both western and local dishes fresh ingredients anf great taste. the bread pastrues fruits abd hot meals are all well prepards. drinks and desserts are complete as well

Service was exceptional, welcoming team who graciously permitted an early checking, around 2pm, for much needed showers after 2 days on the Great Wall.
