Amazing staff, nice location, great facilities & great food
The location is perfect .
The mattress was so bad and very old it was used a lot, I couldn’t sleep properly.

The Regent Hotel Beijing is centrally located and the staff is the BEST.
We are frequent customers of the Lobby Butterfly Brunch and I think it’s about time I share the good news.
This brunch is one of the best values you will find in Beijing. Not just for the free flow sparkling wine or champagne ( depending on which option you choose), but for the quality and selection of the food that is offered.
As soon as you sit, your experience begins with an Aperol Sprtiz, choice of sparkling or still water and your speaking wine / champagne. These are refilled as soon as your half empty glass hits the table !
Start with a basket of French pastries and bread and follow that with your four courses- if you make it to the end ( you can take your main course home with you for dinner!)
The dessert trolley is always filled with a great selection of gateaux , macarons and fresh fruit.
The restaurant managers are always very present on the floor and ensure that everything is well delivered, but their jobs are very easy as Fred and his colleagues are happy to serve and delight.
Entertainment is provided by a talented pianist who performs a wonderful repertoire.

Located on a nice quiet street but very near Wangfujing, the rooms were spacious enough and the staff were very welcoming and helpful which was very appreciated by my son and I .
I didn’t get the name of the older gentleman who is part of the concierge team but he was always ready to help and answer my questions and also many thanks to Yedda for her hospitality and making the effort to check back on us .
I have arrived today and at the moment the atmosphere, location room and general experience is really good.
I'd like to make special remark overs Helen Sun in front desk. She has really kind and supporting us since the moment we arrive the hotel, making our arrival and experience in Regent and Beijing much more confortable.
We stayed three nights in this first class hotel. It was a great experience, made more exciting by the presence of a large Spanish delegation accompanying the PM of Spain. Everything was as expected in a IHG hotel - great service (thanks particularly to Fred Xiou in the Lobby Lounge - he was a fantastic ambassador for Beijing in general and the Regent in particular - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - thanks Fred! We ate at Moltons which was excellent (large portions!) The hotel is very well located for the attractions in Beijing and convenient for a drive to the Great Wall (and it is a GREAT wall!). We hope to visit Beijing again soon.
