Ottima struttura in un quartiere difficile
Pros:

Lo staff è molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile. All'interno della hall c'è un distributore di snack e bevande. La stanza è molto confortevole ed equipaggiata con il bollitore e una selezione di caffè. Il bagno è molto pulito, sembra ristrutturato di recente ed è dotato di una doccia ampia con soffione grande e piccolo. Ci sono, sia nel bagno, sia nella camera, specchi con illuminazione a cornice, molto comodi.

Cons:

Non ho trovato in hotel nulla che non fosse all'altezza, purtroppo però la zona in cui si trova è una zona difficile. Non mi sono sentita sicura rientrando in hotel la sera, nonostante i tanti presidi di polizia nelle strate limitrofe.

Delightful
Pros:

It was very clean, staff were lovely. Rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Good water pressure with a rainfall shower.

Cons:

Location wasn’t in the nicest area but it was very convenient for gard du nord.

Disappointing cash grab - 10x the advertised fee for a second guest
Pros:

The a/c was good.

Cons:

I booked a twin room via Booking.com, which listed a 5€/night fee for a second guest. On arrival, we were charged an additional 100€ total to add the second guest to the 2 night stay - 10x the listed rate. When I pointed out the discrepancy with the Booking.com price, staff refused to adjust it or offer any explanation for the difference. It felt like a deliberate attempt to squeeze extra money out of guests who'd already booked based on the advertised rate. Very disappointing, and it's soured what was otherwise a fine stay. Would think twice about booking here again given how this was handled.

A welcoming hotel in an accessible location and with clean, well-appointed rooms.
Pros:

Easy to control air conditioning. Breakfast was reasonably priced and sufficiently varied. Clean bathroom and good shower.
Easy to operate TV and well-insulated windows. Storage space was adequate for personal items.

Cons:

The location isn't the best and the area around the Porte de Chapelle station a bit intimidating. However, the immediate area around the hotel felt reasonably safe.

Hôtel parfait propre et moderne, environnement de l'hôtel où on ne se sent pas forcément en sécurité
Pros:

Le personnel est charmant, aussi bien à l'arrivée en soirée qu'au départ le matin, quelque soit le personnel le sourire était au rendez-vous et c'est très agréable. L'hôtel est très propre et très beau, tout était parfait.

Cons:

L'environnement de l'hôtel est assez surprenant, je ne me suis pas forcément sentie en toute sécurité lorsque je suis sortie pour dîner le soir, marcher sur les trottoirs entre les vendeurs à la sauvette c'est dommage.

Pros:

lovely little hotel & very kind and helpful staff. I was able to drop my bags off early when I arrived back later that night my belongings had been put in the room. Would come again if it wasn’t for the location.

Cons:

the location, as a solo female i did not feel safe walking back to the hotel from the metro around 5pm during daylight.

J'ai été très satisfaite et je reviendrai dans cet hôtel !
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve non loin de l'appartement de mes enfants. La chambre est bien agencée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la salle de bains est propre et confortable. Rien à redire.
J'entendais vaguement les gens parler fort dans la nuit, mais le double vitrage a bien fait son travail.

Cons:

15 euros pour le petit déjeuner, j'ai trouvé cela un peu cher.
J'aurais aimé avoir plusieurs options selon ce que l'on souhaite prendre.
