Pros:

The quality of the staff make this hotel a pleasure. I always felt that I was more than a valued customer.

I booked the lower penthouse for our group, me, my partner and son, I paid more for the included breakfast, breakfast was only included for 2 people, the third had to be paid for…….expensive toast.

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It smelled good at lobby and lobby was clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The toilet bowl in room 2011 had fresh rust colored stains which I had to remove and rust stains which could not be removed. It needs to be changed. Also, our bidet caused a flood in the bathroom. Our request to fix bidet was attended to right away. I commend RICO, your staff who fixed it. He was very respectful and informed me before each move he did.

Short vacation

Great location and easy to get to other areas around Manila.

The staff kept calling us to remind us of our checkout time even though we confirmed with them the first call that we would checkout on time, which we did.

A good stay in 28th floor
Pros:

A good hotel in good locality. Had stayed in one bedroom apartment type. One kitchen, hall and room. Spacious room.

Overall, the stay was positive, particularly in terms of cleanliness, staff service and location.
Pros:

The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed comfort was decent. Staff were professional and hospitable, and housekeeping was very responsive. The location is a big plus — it’s within walking distance of Greenbelt Mall and many restaurants, which makes it very convenient.

Cons:

The spiral parking ramp is very narrow and steep, making it challenging to drive both up and down. If you’re not extremely careful, you could easily scrape the side of your car against the wall.
